Staff was nice, the breakfast totally amazing. Hotel's location is just perfect and the top floor's sauna and pool section has pleasant views over the city. Hotel has modern rooms, comfy beds and everything works perfectly. Road side room has some traffic noise, but that was to be expected.

We enjoyed the Nordic Hotel Forum very much. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I chose the Family Double room because it was larger than most European hotel rooms. It was very modern, comfortable and spacious with a couch to relax on, a refrigerator to keep our wine cold, a coffee maker and tea kettle which are important since I drink tea and my husband drinks coffee. Plenty of closet and drawer space and good blackout curtains.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We chose to have our room made up most days and they did a great job.
The bathroom was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It had a good sized walk-in shower with a door, and a shower head high enough for my 6’2” husband. I’ve been in so many weird European bathrooms (no shower doors so the entire room gets wet, a hand held sprayer at the level of my navel…) that it has become very high on my criteria list while hotel shopping. There was one sink on a decent sized vanity. Plenty of shelf space for toiletries. No bathtub, but we aren’t tub people. Lovely bathrobes and very nice towels. I remembered to take my own washcloths as those aren’t common in Europe.
The hotel breakfast was very good, mostly buffet with a few made to order items. They had a good selection of meatless choices for those of us who prefer not to eat meat.
We did not have a chance to use the pool or sauna. They looked very nice.
The hotel is a five minute walk from the gates of old town which was perfect. It’s nice to get away from the crowds and noise after a long day of exploring.
Don’t overlook the Rotermanni Quarter right behind the hotel. Totally different vibe and fantastic restaurants.

A more than pleasant stay at Nordic Hotel Forum. The reception staff were consistently kind, professional and very helpful. The hotel is extremely clean, with spacious common areas and very well-maintained, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is rich and varied, with an excellent selection. Very tactical location. Overall, a high-quality hotel that I would definitely recommend.
Everything was excellent. Best place to have as a base for exploring Tallinn. Nice atmosphere. Excellent well maintained and super clean rooms. Freindly, caring and efficient staff. Nice SPA at rood level. Huge breakfast. I just hope that I can return soon to enjoy the beatiful Tallinn and this excellent hotel.
