gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel im Stadtzentrum von Tallinn nahe zur Altstadt mit eigener Tief-Garage
Pros:

Gutes Hotel im Stadt-Zentrum von Tallinn. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage, zudem gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus gegenüber des Eingangs. Das Hotel bietet den Komfort & Standard eines internationalen 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und die Zimmer auffallend ruhig.

Cons:

Dem Personal an der Rezeption fehlte jegliche Begeisterung für den Gast, emotionslos wäre wohl das richtige Wort. Besonders in Hinblick auf die doch eher hohen Zimmer-Preise würde man sich hier deutlich mehr Kunden-Orientierung erwarten.

Die Preise für die Tief-Garage mit 25,00 €uro zzgl,. einer einmaligen Reservierungs-Gebühr von 15,00 €uro (welche in unserem Fall nicht erhoben wurde) sind für Ost-Europa ziemlich hoch. Gleiches gilt für das Frühstück, welches mit 22,00 €uro pro Person & Tag angeboten wird.

In einem unserer Zimmer (#301) lief die Spülung der Toilette kontinuierlich und stoppte nicht. Beim Duschen lief das Wasser unter der Tür der Dusch-Abtrennung hindurch und flutete das gesamte Bade-Zimmer. So richtig Freude machte dies - trotz des zur Verfügung gestellten Boden-Abziehers - nicht (und schon gar nicht in der Preis-Klasse des Hotels).

Lovely stay, would be very happy to stay again.
Pros:

Nice modern hotel, catering to both tourists and business travellers. The location is great, on the edge of the Old Town, next to the Roterman Quarter with bars and restaurants, and close to bus and tram stops. The staff are pleasant, professional and helpful. The room (superior double) was nice, but business-like rather than boutique-y. It had plenty of storage for a 4 day trip. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic! Plenty of options, including Nordic specialities like pickled herring. The freshly cooked omlettes at the egg station are the best I've ever eaten. It is €22, but you won't need lunch... We were even given a free glass of fizz to celebrate Midsummer. The spa is good too, with lovely views of the Old Town. Very welcome after a day exploring by foot.

Cons:

We had an evening meal in the hotel bar when we arrived. It was described as fish & chips, but it was actually some chewy goujons which weren't very nice. It was ok for a light snack after a long day.

Tea drinkers might like to take their own tea bags as what's provided isn't very much. Remember to ask for milk from the bar, as that's not provided either. (Maybe Estonians prefer black coffee...)

House keeping is provided on request, not as default.

Pros:

Localização próxima à cidade histórica, ponto alto.
Staff educado, quartos amplos e banheiro reformado.
Academia muito boa, nota e com vista.
Não tomamos café da manhã, mas parecia muito bom.
Tinha piscina e sauna também.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo.
O chão era de carpete, mas parece comum nessa região.
Cama de casal era duas de solteiro juntas.
