Localização excelente. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto confortável e amplo. Playground em excelente estado para as crianças. Roupa de cama muito limpa e confortável. Atendimento muito cordial.

Excellent hotel - Great location, fabulous staff- we will be back.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fabulous! It is only a 5 minute walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station, and a 5 minute walk from the Central Market San Lorenzo. There are excellent, local restaurants nearby. The staff at this hotel were terrific- so helpful and friendly ! The rooms were comfortable, very clean and quiet. There was even a washer and dryer to use on the roof. Most of our tours were a very short walk away.

Cons:

The hotel has a very good free breakfast- coffee, tea, pastries, bread, yougurt, fruits, meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs. But during the end of the breakfast time, they did not always replenish the eggs. But that was a minor thing. The staff working at the breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Hotel jest bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego i starego miasta więc lokalizacja jest idealna. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i jak na hotel o nie najwyższym standardzie nawet urozmaicone, kawa poprawna. Polecam głównie ze względu na lokalizację

Bardzo głośna obsługa sprzątająca, od bladego świtu hałas, głośne rozmowy między nimi i łomotanie sprzętem do sprzątania

A localização é excelente! O quarto é confortável e tem um bom tamanho. Os funcionários são cordiais. O café da manhã tbm é muito bom.

Pour.ne pas gâcher notre séjour nous avons vite oublié l'image que nous en avions eue.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de trouver une chambre qui ne correspondait pas aux photos sur Booking.
Elle paraissait assez vaste or, c'était un couloir ! Avec une salle de bains qui ne faisait pas 4 m2

Pros:

Staff molto gentile e accogliente, c’è stato qualche piccolo problema con l’aria condizionata che si sono premurati a risolvere, stanza pulita e comoda , ottima posizione. Se dovessi dare un consiglio aggiungerei uno specchio oltre quello del bagno.
