Un buon hotel a Firenze
Pros:

Struttura vicina alla stazione, carina e con personale molto gentile e accogliente. Letto e soprattutto cuscini molto comodi. Tutto pulito e funzionale. Servizio parcheggio comodo (anche se richiede un po' di tempo per la restituzione dell'auto).

Cons:

La colazione è varia ma mancano prodotti freschi. Il costo del parcheggio è piuttosto elevato (30€) anche se il prezzo è giustificato e indicato chiaramente dalla struttura.

Tutte le persone che lavorano all’albergo sonó amabilissimi. Tutto molto pulito e ha un buonissimo buffet. Lo raccomando

L’emplacement était top, proche du centre historique. La chambre était propre, la Clim fonctionnait très bien.

Cons:

L’hôtel se vend comme un centre bien être mais les massages n’étaient pas professionnels. La personne en charge des massages était en congé, donc nous avons été reçus par 2 personnes qui n’étaient pas formés pour faire toutes les prestations de la carte. De plus, le masseur homme avait des gestes déplacés pendant le massage et et il n’avait aucune technique. Je ne recommande pas les prestations « bien être » si jamais vous allez dans cet hôtel.

Ottimo hotel 3 stelle. Base perfetta per il centro di Firenze.
Pros:

Posizione molto centrale. Qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione di S.M. Novella. 10-15 minuti al massimo per raggiungere qualsiasi punto del centro di Firenze. Personale cordiale e disponibilissimo. Stanza tripla molto spaziosa. Pulizia. Ampia scelta per la colazione, anche con prodotti gluten free. Parcheggio in garage con pagamento extra. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

I materassi un po' troppo cedevoli per i nostri gusti.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, wonderful A/C.
Pros:

Close to the train station as well as the tourist/historical sites. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The A/C was a life saver during the July heat. The room was clean with fresh towels every day. Breakfast was exceptional each morning. Not much more I could ask for during our stay in Florence. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Mia Cara & Spa exceeded our expectations!
I struggle with contamination OCD and I must point out how clean and fresh everything was on out bedroom!
The small breakfast buffet was always organized, cleaned, with fresh food and a lot of options for a bed and breakfast at this price point!
Everyone was really welcoming and happy to help when needed. We felt a sense of belonging there. Like we were more than just guests, we were like neighbors to the staff. Even more so when at day one the lady at the reception called me by my first name and continued doing so during our stay! Maybe that's just the italian standart, since everyone is so nice, but it didn't go unnoticed!
The location is perfect. Near public transportation and the town center, while still being calm and quiet.
If we ever go back to Florence, Hotel Mia Cara & Spa will definetly be the first choice! It's a hidden gem!

Hôtel très propre, personnel plutôt discret (français) . La dame à l'accueil est très sympathique.
Petit déjeuner extrêmement copieux et de qualité. (Bravo).
L'emplacement est parfait.

Great comfort in the middle of the city
Pros:

Despite the heat, the AC was working great! Breakfast was rich, with pastries and sweets “Italian style” but also with meat and eggs.
Location was perfect near the station and the central market. Staff was available and allowed us to leave our luggage.
There was an internal outside area and terrace to go and wind down when needed.

Aucun point négatif pour cet hôtel.
Pros:

Chambre très propre, climatisée et bien équipée (frigo, coffre-fort, tv), personnel très sympa, hôtel parfaitement bien situé, proche du centre ville. Possibilité d'utiliser une machine à laver et à sécher (moyennant finances), par temps très chaud c'est bienvenu.

Cons:

La qualité du petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée mais dans l'ensemble c'était pas mal.
