Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Hotel, in das wir gerne wiederkehren!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, kleines und extrem sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, sehr guten Betten und aussergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück mit unter anderem einem wunderbaren baskischen Cheescake lohnt sich wirklich! Der Surfstrand an der baskischen Küche und sehr gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Es war wirklich perfekt!

Schönes Hotel mit viel Charme.
Pros:

Das Haus ist ein altehrwürdiges Gebäude mit viel Geschichte und Charme. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Unser gebuchtes Doppelzimmer entsprach unseren Wünschen. Das Frühstück u.a. mit regionaler Wurst und Käse übertraf unsere Erwartungen und war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah und die Küste ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln !

Excellent. We will be back. Biarritz is a wonderful place and hotel was superb.
Pros:

In a nice room off the really nice living room and also on a terrace. It is on the ground floor. The breakfast selection was great and staff super nice and welcoming.

Cons:

There was one lady that was quite unfriendly on reception. Otherwise all the other staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel, everything was perfect. Excellent location, right in the heart of everything. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

Cons:

déçu par le petit déjeuner en dépit d’un gâteau basque très bon et des crêpes ; plus adapté pour ceux qui mangent salés le matin.
Jus de fruit pressé payant.
Dommage pour les yaourts « nature » alors que dans la même marque ceux à la myrtille et framboise sont excellents et, pour les confitures basiques (fraise et abricot).
