Room Was clean and spacious. Gym was good and Loved the Saunas. Sauna was a great addition to the hotel experience and Gym staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and had a wide variety of options.
Well there wasnt much to dislike. Maybe hotel not having a shuttle bus service from the terminal was a surprise. Took a while to look for transport

Falta de cuidado com os clientes. Nos confundimos com a data de check out e saímos 1 dia antes do contratado. Só descobrimos quando chegamos em Hong kong. O erro foi nosso, mas eles poderiam ter nos alertado na hora do check out.

L’hôtel est proche du vieux Macao, et donne une vue imprenable sur le Grand Lisboa. Les services proposés sont dignes d’un 5 étoiles (spa, restaurant, piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de sport, taille et confort de la chambre). J’ai dû demander un changement de chambre car des travaux étaient en cours proche de celle qui m’étaient attribuée, et j’ai pu avoir une chambre sur un étage supérieur au calme, sans supplément.

I loved the room and found it very comfortable.
For a 5-star hotel, I expected a warmer and more welcoming experience. The staff who assisted with booking our taxi could also improve in terms of customer service and communication. Overall, the room was excellent but the service did not fully meet the standard I expected from a 5 star hotel.

De locatie is goed ten opzichte van het oudere gedeelte van Macau en de Grand Lisboa. Het uitzicht op de rivier is ook mooi.. ontbijt is heel goed. Kamers zijn heel schoon en de personeel is heel vriendelijk.
De buitenkant van het gebouw mag wel een schoonmaakbeurtje hebben.
各位員工也很友善、樂於幫助旅客。員工主動升級房間，可一覽碼頭景觀開場，很好景。
地點雖然近大馬路，但因此塞車嚴重。另外，酒店出發早午晚也難有計程車，浪費了很多時間，甚至要改塔巴士。
