Pros:

Room was comfortable.
Breakfast area is very cool. On the 2nd floor with large windows for lots of sunshine and views, and there are lots comfy chairs and neat tables.

Cons:

The reception area was strange and small, and a little off putting since it was hidden in the parking garage.
The suite rooms are not true private suites. There is a half wall dividing the spaces

I had a good stay overall. The room and bed were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, with variety even though it didn't change much from day to day

Cons:

Later in the week the pool AND THE GYM were taken over by young kids, making them unusable at times.
Front desk service needs improvement — communication at check-in was unclear. For example I was charged $60 that was not properly explained (later found to be a security deposit), the man could only say "room, it's for the room" well duh

Great experience for derby weekend!
Pros:

It started with a fabulous greeting from Sunny at the front desk! We bought the derby package which included a generous welcome gift. Rooms and main areas were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location, we were able to walk to many places we wanted to go. I don’t know names, but many more staff members were friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay there again.
