Cons:

El servicio de alimentación, la alimentación está pensada solamente para usuarios mexicanos y sus costumbres. El resto de las nacionalidades no estamos acostumbrados a almorzar a la hora del desayuno, falta variedad y es pésima la reposición de los alimentos e insumos, se acaban las cosas muy rápido y se demoran en reponer hay que estarlas pidiendo como el huevo, la crema para el café, incluso vasos o tazas y lo hacen de mala gana

Buen concepto de plaza hotel

la comida de la plaza sobre todo el te tailandes &co

Cons:

Mantenimiento de la ducha la rejilla del cespol sobresale del nivel del piso eso impide el drenaje completo de la ducha y la acumulacion de hongos y otro tipo de bacterias, la puerta de cristal no cierre adecuadamente y permite que el agua salga de la ducha hacia la habitacion.
No hay caja de seguridad ni plancha en la habitacion
