Buena ubicación
Pros:

El desayuno bueno, las habitaciones confortables y la ubicación dentro de la plaza te facilita la vida durante un viaje de trabajo ya que tienes acceso a restaurantes y servicios sin salir del inmueble

Cons:

El personal cumple con su trabajo, para nada son groseros pero pueden reforzar su actitud de servicio. El baño con algunos detalles de mantenimiento

Esperaba algo mejor.
Pros:

El desayuno estaba justo a pobre, ya que no había quesos ni jamón, si había fruta, huevos, frijoles y esas cosas. La ubicación estaba bien.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación estaba pequeña, para una familia compuesta por dos adultos, un niño y un bebé, apenas cabíamos con nuestro equipaje, la cuna que pedimos no la pudimos utilizar por que no cabía, no había refrigerador en la habitación y el aire acondicionado no se podía regular la temperatura.

Cons:

El servicio de alimentación, la alimentación está pensada solamente para usuarios mexicanos y sus costumbres. El resto de las nacionalidades no estamos acostumbrados a almorzar a la hora del desayuno, falta variedad y es pésima la reposición de los alimentos e insumos, se acaban las cosas muy rápido y se demoran en reponer hay que estarlas pidiendo como el huevo, la crema para el café, incluso vasos o tazas y lo hacen de mala gana
