Incompetent staff, zero service quality, and appalling attitude.
I arrived at the lobby on September 5 at 12:55 AM
with a confirmed reservation. The front desk agent rudely told me that check-in after 12:00 AM was impossible, claiming it was "a rule at every hotel." | watched him turn away other guests for the exact same reason.
After making me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, I had to call Booking.com customer service myself to prove my reservation was still valid. It turned out the employee didn't even know how to unlock or operate the front desk tablet. Only after my call with customer support did he complete the check-in.
Leaving guests stranded late at night due to sheer incompetence and lack of basic staff training is disgraceful. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Location
WiFi not working on IPhone . Spent about 1 hour with Velocity customer support but no luck. Lock did not work in bathroom - shower tap was leaking when you turn on. Very small microwave. Not a good value for the money. It is just ok.
We especially love the staff. Nancy was our favorite. She informed us of all the amenities that were available as we checked in and every day as we came and went she would always speak with us. Make sure everything was going well. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Thank you for such a great stay.

Good coffee. Overall a pretty good hotel.
It was 'hidden' in the rear of the complex and a bit hard to locate at first. Lots of little roads but it was OK.
It was ok on short notice, the coffee and snacks for breakfast were average.
There wasn't even a coffee pot/coffee/tea in the room........all items had to be checked out at the front desk with additional $ for sterilization/cleaning. I've stayed other places for less. Will I stay there again at this chain.....not likely.
I liked the location. I also liked that there’s a full size refrigerator in the room.
The staff was friendly at check in but I never saw them after that. No early check-in. No late check out. They say you can have dishes delivered to your room, but I had to pick them up from the front desk. The cabinet in my room closed in the most awkward fashion, and I jammed my finger. I’m going to the doctor later this week because I think I have a fracture. No access from the side doors. They try to nickel and dime everything at this property, including laundry, which is really a dollar more expensive than what they say. The hallway smelled like poop for half of my stay, and staff really seemed unmotivated and disinterested the entire time outside of my check in experience. Walls are also very then. The room was kind of depressing. No color or even pictures on the wall.
