Very helpful staff, thank you for early check in.
The plumbing, generally, has to be improved.
Night Receptionist was very rude and does not aware about hospitality business,
Night receptionist should improve for hospitality business and attitude,
The location was quite good. There was a nice restaurant right there that we could walk to. The room was comfortable. The lady at the front desk during check in was very nice, as were the rest of the desk people. Breakfast was nicely done with lots of variety. All in all, a good place to stay.
Nothing.
Night Staff was very nasty, rude and does not know the hospitality manners
Night staff receptionist need more hospitality training
Great location. Quiet.
Location
To expensive for the type of hotel
I spent one night here, and was treated to a nice, comfortable suite though I didn't know what room I was getting ahead of time.
The Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast was fairly good, though the eggs felt a bit frozen / reheated. The room was very clean although the carpet needed some cleaning in a spot.
No hot water in the shower for 2 days/nights!!........................terrible. Food mediocre.

Very happy with our room it was nice and clean
Great location for getting to Bryant University. Room was clean. Got two bottles of water upon check-in, which was nice.
Breakfast was terrible. The oatmeal was a big clumpy mess and looked like it had been sitting there for hours. No bananas or yogurt, no bagels. Orange juice watery.
The room was loud, it sounded like a mechanical room was right next door. The bathroom towels are thin and scratchy.
We would strongly suggest avoiding this hotel and staying across the street at Home 2 Suites. Yes, it’s more expensive but the rooms at The Hampton are dirty and we found the front desk clerk very rude.
We arrived around midnight, already checked in and had our mobile key. So it’s not like she had to do much for us. We found her in the main sitting area, shoes off, with the television on while she scrolled her phone. After a few attempts to get her attention, she was clearly annoyed with being bothered. Our room was missing a number of items (soap, coffee pot, hair dryer, etc..). We requested a bar of soap so we could wash our hand after using the bathroom. At first she argued that soap was in the shower in the pumps (it was not). Then she informed us that we would need to wait for housekeeping the next day because she was the only one there. We literally had to argue and insist that we would not leave the lobby until she gave us soap. It was absolutely ridiculous.
The breakfast was outstanding!! The staff at the front desk were very friendly as was the housekeeping folks.
Nothing, everything was wonderful!
