Pros:

Lage, bei mir im Zimmer 2. OG alles top. 2. Zimmer 4. OG keine Heizung funktioniert, sehr kalt, kein WLAN, Geruch aus dem Abfluss, keine Abhilfe.

Gute Lage, perfekte Anbindung Metro, Straßenbahn. Große Appartments.

Cons:

Die Wohnungstür war nie ganz zu, deswegen könnte man alles was draußen passiert ist, hören. Die Ausstattung generell schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis ok.

Helt greit for noen netter, sentralt
Pros:

Stort rom med god plass. Sittegruppe og sofa.

Cons:

Veldig lytt i selve bygget, hørte mye smelling med dører. Heis i ustand, upraktisk når man skal opp og ned fra 5.etg med baggasje o.l. Renholdet kunne vært bedre på golvet, småfeil som enkelt kunne vært fikset for en billig penge om de tatt tak i det, (type fjernkontroll som bare virket av og til, ingen plass å henge dusjen grunnet knukket feste, såpedispenser som hang seg opp) Ting overnattingsstedet helt sikkert også har oppdaget selv men ikke gjort noe med.
