I was comfortable and satisfied but felt that it should not have so much visible construction happening around the guest
Pros:

Spacious room with attractive furnishings

Cons:

The place is not ready for prime time! Construction in the stairwell, in the hallways, all over the place. Room just about ready but toilet flusher is fragile and about to break. It WILL be a great hotel but it’s not quite there yet.

Great location but disappointed with the room and service

The location was fabulous :-)

Quiet at night

Cons:

Building works going on inside and out, wires hanging from ceilings, dusty, workmen in the hotel. Rooms very sterile, plastic water cups in bathroom, no milk or cream in the room and once given on request was not replenished through the stay.

First time in Bruges, wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location but under renovation

Cons:

We booked several months ago with another couple and when we arrived we were surprised that the hotel was under renovation as we had not been advised. Our room looked finished but looked bland as it felt a bit like a minimalist office, no view (tiny triangle of sky through the rooftop), no mirror in the bedroom, functional but boring furnishings. Building paraphernalia everywhere including in the lift and stairwell at times.

Apesar de ter ficado apenas uma noite em Bruges, adorei o hotel. Localização fantástica, quarto bastante espaçoso, limpeza excelente. Recomendo e ficaria novamente, com certeza!

Location, easy access, nice bar - but not very gezellig

Cons:

No proper shower; having to step into a bathtub and having to use a hand shower is not suitable for older people.
Evidently previous guests killed some bugs on the walls - the blood stains were still visible

Magnifique séjour à Bruges
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, la vue également (sur le canal), le personnel est très agréable.

Cons:

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée : c’est une chambre spacieuse et propre, la literie est très confortable. Cependant, il se trouve que la chambre que nous avions eu (numéro 21) est au sous-sol juste en dessous du restaurant de l’hôtel servant le petit déjeuner ; À partir de 6h30 impossible de dormir car on entendait des bruits de pas conséquents.
