Koselig og enkelt hotell
Pros:

Det var sentralt. Kort vei til alt. Fikk god hjelp av personalet til en ekstra behov. Som to dyner istedenfor dobbeldyne. Fint rom med river view. Det er enkel standard på hotellet. Ved frokosten kunne makan nyte maten og se rett ut på kanalen.

Cons:

Det var et gammelt hotel og det visste vi.
Det er ikke handikap eller barnevogn vennlig. Da det er mye små trapper, en grunn heis med lite plass og smale ganger og trapp. Evnt kanskje i første etg for de med barnevogn.
Frokosten var stusslig. Vi spiste og ble mette. Men hotel frokost hadde ikke samme betydning som andre hotel. Ihjel kokte egg og ustekt bacon. Men fersk juice. Helt ok! Men et veldig hyggelig hotel. Fin utsikt fra frokosten.

Amazing hotel in a magical town!
Pros:

Location was perfect, right in the center - overlooking the canal. Bed was so comfortable and room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I had asked for two twins and received a king. We arrived late and housekeeping was gone for the day to separate the beds and we were told it would be done the next day as we were staying two nights. It was still one bed when we returned to the room - all in all it’s such a lovely property it was fine - but that is the only thing I can think of - it was really a lovely hotel

We we were made to feel welcome wherever we went. A beautiful town.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The hotel was on Wollestraat in the old town and we could easily walk to see the historic buildings and attractions including churches, canals, shops and restaurants, or catch the shuttle bus to the station to travel further afield.

Incredible!
Pros:

The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views! The staff is exceptional—so warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Johanas and his wife are genuinely some of the kindest people we’ve ever met, and Gerald was wonderful as well! Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. Highly recommend! ❤️

Overall the stay was really nice comfortable and hotel was in the perfect spot for everything you need weather it be sho
Pros:

I really loved that it was so central to everything within walking distance. The staff were so friendly and property was kept clean and tidy while we stayed there.

Cons:

While myself and my sister were staying there late in the year maybe just to consider is the bar does not open some nights if you want to stay up a little bit later that’s the only thing.

Perfect location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. The bar downstairs was very nice. Fresh towels and toiletries everyday was nice and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room was very warm and had a strange smell, also a lot smaller than it seemed on the pictures, but was very clean otherwise and did have everything you would need. The overall hotel is less nice than it seems on the photo’s. Looks like it isn’t finished yet. The reception staff was nice, but sometimes hard to find when you needed them.

convenient location in beautiful Bruges, but would not recommend.
Pros:

location in mid square of Bruges

Cons:

no ambiance whatsoever in room, looked like a clinical lab room not at all like the photos in website, lights were annoying and didn't make sense (for instance, bedside night lamps illuminated the entire room), one plastic bottle of water supplied for 2 stay for couple, sub par freeze dried coffee supplied (usually there are coffee machines in Europe hotels). Depressing view from window looking at a concrete wall (maybe some foliage would brighten up the view?)

4 ème étage sans ascenseur !! Du 3 ème au 4 ème escaliers et qd on a mal aux genoux ...( cela aurait dû être précisé dans l'annonce .Rien ne laisse penser à une telle situation .et donc on ne pense.pas à préciser
Pas de vue de la chambre seulement les nuages ....
Détecteur incendie qui s'illumine toutes les 4 secondes durant la nuit
Interrupteur de la salle de bains à commander près de la porte d'entrée...pas très pratique ....
