We didn't like the large bed. Very uncomfortable with the mattress sunk us in and seemed it was no changed in some time. We had no sleep at all. Very disappointed.
The split system unit had a vibration sound coming from the balcony through to the room.

It was most disappointing, after having booked 12 months out, paid in full a week prior, received an email confirming carparking 4 days prior, to then receive a phone call 24 hours before we were due to arrive from interstate to cancel our booking.
We were offered a one room motel stay at a different location, which was definitely not comparable to the double adjoining apartments we had booked for our stay.
I had to source my own alternative, and continue to panic contact Punthill Staff, until they finally contacted the new place on my behalf and transferred the payment over.
I was offered a 25 percent refund for the trouble this caused, and am yet to receive the refund in my bank account.

Shower grout needed to be clean. Mouldy

On arriving there were no towels in the room and none available, had to purchase my own to be able to wash.
Mattress needs replacing old and soft to the point of no support.

I was in rm 110 and the washing machine didn’t work .. it wasn’t a drama for me but I thought I would let you know for the next guest.

1. Booking process. Confirmed booking and told lift available. Was deceived about lift not working
2. Lift out of order caused a massive inconvenience due to need for carrying items being cooked for a function. Also needing to carry heavy items down 2 flights of stairs.

Clean but not 100%...smudges and dust, no batteries in lounge remote.

Lots of traffic

The tv didn’t work no real milk, the bathrooms were unclean. the traffic noise was intense

So it was fine, I had to go home early and I told staff, I was unable to be refunded for the two or three days that I didnt stay there so that was pretty disappointing, thats why i checked the value for money box as poor. I dont understand why I couldnt be refunded for the time I didnt use, its not like that cost you guys anything.

We arrived at 5.20, after the 5pm cut off for checking in. Unfortunately they only sent me a message at 3.30 telling me I had to pay before 5 or they MAY have trouble checking me in.
Once arrived I used the phone provided to call someone to assist. I probably tried calling 15-20 times. This was interspersed with trying to contact them via landline. I called that number 8 times and left 2 voice messages, while being told they busy on other calls.
In the end I called reservations to try and speak to someone. This lovely person was able to tell me my code to unlock the lock box abscess retrieve my key.
When I raised my terrible at reception upon check out, the woman told me they tried to call me on the morning. The mobile number they had on file didn't have enough digits. They said I provided it. I have no recollection or evidence of this.
I asked why they didn't message me earlier in the day if I was unable to be called. She couldn't answer. I asked why I wasn't sent a message with the lock box code and instructions, again no satisfactory answer. I asked why was there such a big deal made about my not paying before 5 when my card was automatically debited at 5.01pm, she said it wasn't how they liked to do it.
Overall a stressful experience which didn't have to be.
The room also smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It was awful.

The blinds were a little old and hard to use. Also didn’t have block out blinds in the lounge area which meant the light came in early in the morning.
