Micul dejun a fost ok dar am avut probleme cu acordarea lui datorita unor erori de booking.A fost nevoit sa platesc suplimentar pentru 2 camere.Am fost pus sa platesc si parcarea pentru o noapte tinand cont ca am rezervat 4 camere. Pana la urma,dupa o cearta cu cel de la receptie, mi-au scos taxa de parcare.

Below average, poor staff communication, pool experience poor.
Pros:

Room are nice and the cleaners are great.

Cons:

The breakfast is cold (the “hot” food and “hot water). The pool is run by a different company and is lane swimming so not family friendly. They require pool hats which they don’t tell you in advance and charge £15 per hat for. The hotel has a total of 3 hats that they rent out and wants guests to share. When we said we weren’t willing to pay loads extra to use the pool we had already paid for they were very rude.
