Pros:

"Caro" este cazarea de electie atunci cand vin in Bucuresti. Ma bucura de fiecare data sa constat ca isi pastreaza aspectul unic, de hotel in mijlocul parcului. Surpriza placuta a inceput de la receptie, cu upgrade gratuit la camera Premium (multumesc!). Conditiile de cazare sunt exceptionale. Micul dejun foarte bogat, diversificat, servit intr-o atmosfera relaxanta, caracteristica, de altfel, intregului hotel (superb pianul ambiental!). Tot personalul foarte atent, orientat catre client. Totul la superlativ, 10+

מעבר לגזענות של חלק מאנשי הצוות, לא תקבל אפילו חיוך כשאתה פונה למישהו.
עזרה אמיתית לשאלות ופניות כמובן שאין..
מקלחונים זוועה, אין זרם והדוש שבור.
אין כלום בסביבת המלון, אפילו לא בית קפה.
בקיצור לא להתקרב.

Fitness Oase & tolles Ressort.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, top gepflegt, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir hatten eine Suite, sehr neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet & sehr geräumig. Besonders toll war, dass wir das Fitness Center & den Spa Bereich nutzen konnten. (Im Spa waren wir nicht, waren im August da & es war zu heiß). Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in einem Park & am Wasser. In die Innenstadt fährt man ca. 20-30+ Minuten, je nach Verkehrslage.
