Pros:

The food is delicious, there is a shuttle bus to the beach every 20 minutes near the sea, and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The only thing that scared me was a huge cockroach that ran from the hallway into my room.

Les repas étaient très bons, divers et variés. On avait toujours du choix !

Cons:

Les soirées de l'hôtel sont parfois un peu bruyantes lorsque l'on veut dormir dans notre chambre, on entend beaucoup le bruit de dehors...

Bed seperated, bed not confortable, lack of appliances in rooms, only one queue for drinks at the bar waiting 5 to 10 mins to get a drink.

Totally recommend! Great value for money!
Pros:

Very nice hotel! Would stay here again!
Parking is easy, food is good, all inclusive is amazing, surroundings are beautiful, quieter area of Arenal (though of course depending on the season)
