Important information:

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. The bar is open from 17:00 to 00:00.

Room service is available from 06:30 to 23:30.

Please note that cots and extra beds are at an extra charge and require reservation and are subject to availability.

Please note that breakfast will be offered as Iftar meal during Ramadan for guests fasting during their stays.

Pros:

Good location, reception guy was good

Cons:

I ordered a sofa bed the bed was not prepared tell i asked them at 11 pm , the ac was not cold when they checked the ac was not clean and the filter was dusty , there is a construction in the lobby it was bad

La proximité de la gare et du centre.

Cons:

1. Mauvais état de la baignoire et du levier qui se bouchent. Durant la douche il faut de temp à autre sortir de la baignoire pour laisser le temps à l'eau de s'evacuer.
2. Mauvais état de la salle de sport :
2.1 La salle étroite et manque d'aération
2.2 LA seule machine "poulie" qui existe est défectueuse
2.3 Manque d'haltères, il existe seulement 03 paires de 6, 8 et 10kg.
2.4 Aucune barre n'existe, longue, moyenne, zigzag....
2.5 Aucun disque n'existe
C'est dommage, vaut mieux ne pas déclarer qu'il existe une salle de sport. Car sachez bien que des professionnels en sport passent par cet hôtel

L’odeur de renfermé et de la cigarette dans les chambres, locaux insalubres, la chambre familiale avec un clic clac extrêmement petit, manque de draps on a eu une couverture ancienne servant de drap housse au matelas du clic clac, et quand je demande à ce que cette couverture soit couverte par un drap on me dis que c’est pas possible et après avoir insisté j’ai reçu un drap une personne pour couvrir 2 enfants.. mauvaise expérience je ne reviendrai pas

Très moyen pour un hôtel Accord
Pros:

L’amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel de la réception.

Cons:

Les oreillers de très mauvaise qualité, les serviettes de bain usées et la baignoire fissurée prête à céder…
Idem pour le service rom à 22h avec les 3/4 des desserts de la carte inexistants.
