Ein wie immer schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Aussicht und die Lage des Hotels haben uns sehr gefallen.
Auch das Frühstück und die Frühstücksterrasse haben wie immer unsere Erwartung erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist regelmäßig übergelaufen, sodass das Bad immer "überflutet" war.
Der Badbereich gehört renoviert.

Baseny zewnetrzne. Bliskosc jeziora.

Obiekt wymaga odswiezenia. Obsluga baru na basenie jesli Twoje zamowienie odbiegalo od standardu gestami i zachowaniem wyrazala swoje niezadowolenie. Happy hours to zart - byle jak zrobiony drink bez dodatkow.
Sniadania bardzo monotonne, caly czas to samo. Zero inwencji wlasnej. Winda do wymiany.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel was keine Wünsche offen lässt
Pros:

Zur Lage des Hotels: perfekt. Sehr gut von beiden Einfallstraßen nach Bardolino erreichbar. Wir wurden von sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten, deutsch sprechende Mitarbeitern empfangen, was sich durch das gesamte Hotelpersonal durchzog. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit geräumigen, sehr sauberen, Zimmern und Bad. Ein toll angelegter und sehr gepflegter Garten. Die Poollandschaft mit normal oder Thermalwasser mit je mehreren Whirleinheiten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein toller Service auch von der Poolbar. Ein Frühstück welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat, inclusive dem Kaffeservice. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich neben einem großen indoorpool auch die Spa und Wellnesseinheiten. Und, was lange nicht selbst verständlich ist, verfügt das Hotel über ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze (Außen sowie in der Tiefgarage) Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern welches wir gerne wieder besuchen werden.
