Very enjoyable in a lovely hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location and a lovely hotel, some rooms have been modernised and others are showing there age. But a lovely hotel.

Families or those seeking peace or relaxation avoid
Pros:

Hotel appears to target large group bookings… during our almost 2 week stay, hotel was overtaken firstly by a corporate group and then by a group attending a family/friend celebration. The latter group completely took over the pool area, drinking to excess and shouting and roaring. A blind eye was turned by life guards presumably because of the group booking. If you are seeking peace, quiet, relaxation or travelling with children I would avoid at all costs.

5th but no way final visit
Pros:

We have visited this hotel now on several occasions and I can honestly say it still makes me incredibly happy to be there
From the first welcome at check in to the first evening dinner welcome from the maitre we were made to feel totally at home among friends
I would perhaps say some of the evening meal choices were not quite to my taste as previous years but that said the pasta was always amazing but the portion size was to large for me most nights
Waiting staff super and so professional Pavel and Davide and Samir and Marco always so happy to serve us
Also the housekeeping was exceptional and although my Italian is non existent and her English also we managed a lovely conversation most days
Finally the gardens and pool are truly wonderful
Will we return of course we will same time next year and for 1 I cannot wait

Not family friendly
Pros:

Would absolutely not recommend this hotel for a family holiday. You cannot play any toys or even a simple softball in the pool, if it is meant for an adult adults only experience this should be made clear. I would not have booked this hotel where we have bought three generations to have some family fun in the pool. The pools are pretty empty we were not disturbing anyone nearby nor were we noisy, we were super respectful of anybody nearby. Any kind of fun is shut down in the pool there is zero atmosphere. The lifeguard suggested my 14 and 15 year-old play in a Baby pool, which is a few centimetres deep. Having stayed up multiple other hotels, we’ve never experienced this issue. Avoid if you’re planning a family holiday here. There will be more accommodating hotels around Lake Garda for families.

Ein tolles Hotel in toller Lage zum entspannen.
Pros:

Die Nähe zu Bardolino.
Der kostenlose Shuttleservice.
Die Poolanlage.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Allerdings das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und Abendessen könnte noch etwas aufmerksamer und freundlicher sein.

Romantic Break
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely stunning, the facilities are fabulous from the pools, to the restaurants, rooms and staff. But the location is outstanding, just beautiful. I strongly recommend this hotel.
