Viaje en familia - agosto - mucho calor
Pros:

El aire acondicionado es de lo mejor que hay. Cama grande, comoda. Limpieza impecable, cambio de toallas a diario. Personal agradable y resolutivo.

Cons:

El desayuno repetitivo y poco variado...pero las tortitas esquisitas!!

Pros:

Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. La première nuit, on a eu des voisins très, très bruyants et le personnel a vite résolu la situation. Merci pour ça!
La taille de la chambre super, des grands lits et même le canapé lit pour les enfants confortable et assez grand.

Cons:

L'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain de la chambre, tous les matins, c'était pas très agréable.
L'insonorisation n'est pas top. On entend quand-même beaucoup les bruits des autres chambres et de la rue.

L’organisation, le personnel, le calme dans les étages et dans les chambres.
La Clim qui s’arrête automatiquement quand on ouvre la vitre et programmation à certains moments
Le fait d’être upgrader à notre arrivée sans demander
L’emplacement idéal pour la plage
Serviettes de bains prêtées pour la piscine
La diversité des buffets, le cadre et décoration
Tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour

L’eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à arriver .
Mauvaise odeur due aux égouts ou à la climatisation
La plage de la piscine, autour des fauteuils est sale ( papier, canettes, sachets d’emballage…)

Nice hotel- beautiful pool-

The pool was my favourite. Lovely temperature and nice areas to relax in it

Cons:

What really bugged me was the towels left on sun loungers under the canopy area unoccupied for hours and then we had to sit under the baking sun and often people didn’t return till evening. Most annoying.,
