Pros:

Toute l'équipe du First Residence est vraiment très aimable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. C'était mon deuxième séjour.

Séjour agréable mais il ne faut pas se soucier des détails.
Pros:

- L’emplacement est très pratique. Près d’une plage agréable (5min à pied) et de central Samui, marché de nuit (20-30 min à pied)
- Tout le personnel est vraiment adorable! Merci encore pour la réception de nos colis.
- Les chambres sont spacieuses et pratiques (nombreux rangements), les lits grands et confortables, le linge de lit est propre et les serviettes de bain et de plage changées tous les jours.
- La possibilité de profiter de la piscine (plus jolie et plus grande) et de la plage privée avec transat d’un hôtel partenaire situé juste à côté est top!

Cons:

- L’établissement est vétuste (encore plus que sur les photos) et mal entretenu (peinture, joints). Même s’il est nettoyé au quotidien, l’aspect général fait négligé. Certains « détails » dénotent (bouilloire dans la chambre vraiment ancienne et abîmée, abattant de wc et rideaux de douche propres mais très anciens).
L’hôtel a un très bon potentiel mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement général. Le fait de pouvoir profiter des infrastructures de l’autre hôtel qui est plus récent permet de compenser!

Personeel en ontbijt was prima, evenals het zwembad. Housekeeping zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

We zaten niet aan de kant van het zwembad, maar aan de andere kant van het hotel. Daar staat de aircomotor op het balkon, waardoor het niet te doen is om daar te zitten. De hitte van de motor blijft daar rondcirkelen. Gedateerde kamer ook vooral.

Great hotel in Chaweng
Pros:

The pool is excellent, the staff very friendly and accommodating. We showed up a day early and was able to get a room. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has lots of delicious options.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room did not work very well, but they were able to move us to another room for the next night. The internet service is not great, sometimes works great and sometimes not.

Struttura in ottima posizione, non lontana dalla spiaggia di Chaweng. Dotata di parcheggio e piscina. Stanze grandi, accoglienti, mobili un po' d'antan ma di ottima qualità.
Favorevole rapporto qualità prezzo.
Nel complesso, consigliato per chi ama la comodità e sorseggiare un drink sul balcone vista piscina.
CI tornerò volentieri.

Poloha hotelu. Personál který byl příjemný vstřícný. Úklid pokojů byl každý den.. Výhoda ručníků které Vám každý den dávali čisté a mohli se nosit na pláž.

Cons:

Pokoje a koupelny zastaralé, zásuvky na pokojích většinou nefungovali.
