Very clean and tidy, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is superb. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years and this place takes #1. You can stay at a 5 star resort but if the staff isn’t kind, the stay sucks. This is a humble spot but perfect for families or people with no kids. Love it, all around.

The property is very clean. Even discarded trash outside was picked up promptly. Staff is wonderful, very kind and unusually welcoming for the hotel industry. So thankful for them!

To start, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the front desk staff; their exceptional service truly made our stay outstanding. The general manager, Emanuel, has built an amazing team. Emanuel, Kazimi, Travis, and Allan consistently showed remarkable empathy and understanding towards our unique situation. They never made us feel judged or unwelcome; they went above and beyond to accommodate our family and me, ensuring our comfort and needs were met. It was truly refreshing to experience such consistently warm and equitable treatment from everyone, regardless of any perceived differences in living situations or background. I would like to give my sincere appreciation to each and every one of them. I would most definitely recommend this property to every single soul I know, and brag about how amazing the front desk staff is. The staff's attentiveness extended to proactively addressing any concerns, anticipating needs, and creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Their positive interactions and willingness to help truly enhanced our overall experience, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests.

Very dependable!!!………

1. No pool at this property as advertised and THE MAIN reason I chose this property.
2. Room had horrible, stale cigarette smell, I had to buy cleaning products to be able to stay
3. Stove in room was not working, reported it to 3 different staff members. On day 4 of 4 we finally got moved to a different room, then the microwave did not work.

We got dirty ugly states from management and staff everyday just walking too and from our room everyday, on the last day we tried paying for our room and they kept telling me that my card was declined and it wasn't paid for and locked us out of our room, I called my card the next morning and it did actually get charged that night, when staff came to the room while we were packing they

Room was nasty, kitchen sink had some black mess in it. I was scared to take a shower or use the sink. Room and sheets had a weird smell to it. Carpet had stains, and it was just a mess.

Nothing special and practically no amenities.
(no silverware, cups, Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. No Breakfast either.)

Very Clean and quiet.

We were asled several.times if we had drugs ! Gjere was always loud banging around 230-330 am every night! The fore alarm went off every week in-between 2-5AM and for reasons we werent given by staff ! Staff kept my mail from me and wouldnt give me it! Very unprofessional place !

When we arrived in our room it smelled strong of Marijuana. We went to the front desk reported the smell and requested another room. The receptionist acted like he was surprised so he went to investigate himself. He came back and told me I was wrong and that it did not smell like marijuana. I know for a fact what marijuana smells like. He gave us a different room and the TV was so dark we could hardly see the picture. Towels were not changed out (as were requested). In the morning there is no one at the front desk.

The Extended Stay is a great hotel. Everything here is great. The staff is wonderful. They make sure you get taken care of and the hotel is always clean. Thank you Extended Stay for your stay and I love this hotel. Everyone should come to this hotel and visit.
