Good apart from the spa experience
Pros:

Clean , comfortable

Cons:

If you are staying at the hotel for multiple nights you should be given complimentary swimming caps - I was literally thrown out the spa for not having one! unless I paid 7 Euro each for swim caps which was really unfair therefore I never got to use the spa facilities - I did ask for one but was told No

Cons:

Las instalaciones han quedado viejas,muchos azulejos no están,la puerta de la habitación rota,el aire acondicionado no se podía quitar y me dijeron que tenía que quitarlo del cuadro de luces ,el secador no funcionaba.
Los paparajotes ...una vergüenza para los murcianos, duros y malos....etc ....y la de recepción del domingo día 19 muy estúpida....en fin ...fatal!!!!!

Veel lawaai in de nacht waardoor slechte nachtrust. Prima locatie, goed ontbijt.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect en het personeel was wel vriendelijk. Een receptioniste bleef spreken in het Spaans waar ik geen woord van begreep. Andere medewerker deed dit prima.

Cons:

Veel lawaai door een motor die overdag en snachts draait waardoor slapen met gewoon de deur open niet lukt. In de badkamer maakt het licht sluiting.
