Habitación amplia y limpia
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del BEC que era adonde iba y con parada de metro cerca.
Parking en el propio hotel con plazas amplias.
Habitación amplia y limpia. Baño con bañera y ducha.
Botellas de agua de cortesía en la nevera.

Cons:

El acceso al baño era enfrente de un lateral de la cama, dando poca privacidad (cuestión de diseño).
Falta una estantería o lugar donde apoyar el gel y champú en la ducha.
El enchufe del baño era en el propio secador anclado a la pared y al enchufar otros aparatos no iban bien (en mi caso)

Muy mal os cuento,tenía reservada una habitación deluxe con cama de matrimonio y sofá.
Cuando llego me dicen que por tema de logística no me pueden dar la habitacion que tenía reservada que me van a dar una con dos camas individuales sin más y que por "cortesia",no me van a cobrar el parking. Me sono a chino pero por no discutir lo dejé pasar.
Llegamos por la noche después del concierto,que fue el motivo de nuestra visita y no pude pegar ojo en toda la noche,niños y niños corriendo de arriba a abajo sin parar,cogiendo el ascensor solos y sin nadie que les controle,no se donde carajos estarían sus monitores.
A la mañana, otra vez,no eran las ocho de la mañana y el lío montado,carreras,llamadas a las puertas de las habitaciones,gritos,vamos que la nochecita de mi vida.
Me quejo en recepción, ya ellos estaban tan cansados como yo,me dicen que ya se lo han dicho a los monitores pero vamos como si quieres arroz Catalina y para colmo y como guinda del pastel me dice el recepcionista que no entiende el cambio de mi habitación que xq no me dieron la que tenía reservada.
Osea que después de no dormir y pagar 240 € por una habitación que han dado a otra persona como me voy a sentir.
Enfadada y estafa.

Pros:

Limpieza impermeable y cama muy cómoda.
Estamos dando la vuelta a España y fue una de nuestras paradas. Agradecer a Alberto de recepción el detalle que tuvo con nosotros con cava y un pastelito riquísimo.
