Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück nicht so ansprechend. Die Platzierung der Speisen war unglücklich. Viel zu wenig Platz. Durchgangsverkehr. Die gekochten Eier waren roh. Am Frühstück ist noch viel Platz nach oben.
Die Sauberkeit im Bad ist auch ausbaubar.

Old style hotel at good value for money, clean and not to far from city center. Free secure parking.

Good value for money hotel with a free secure parking spot if you are in time. Not overly distant from city centre.

Cons:

It is an older style hotel, so if you want modern business style hotel, this is not for you.

Arogance, nekomunikace - drzost
Pros:

Dodnes se nikdo neozval, nenabídnul žádnou kompenzaci. Po příjezdu jsme čekali ns recepci asi 20 minut než paní recepční nàm sdělila, že pro nás objednané a zaplacené ubytování na hotelu nemá a přesunula nás do jiného hotelu, kde místo 2 pokojů jsme dostali jeden společný. ( vlastně s přistýlkou, spaní na úzkém rozkládacím gauči) náhradní ubytování bylo i dál od našeho boduzájmu, proč jsme jeli do Plzně. Vše bych byla ochotna strpět, ale beru to jako výsměch a aroganci, že se doposud nikdo z hotelu neozval na mou písemno stížnost, takže absolutně hodnotím negativně.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bad ebenso.
Das Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl war reichlich und gut.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig nahe am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das war auf den Fotos auch schon zu sehen.

Cons:

Ein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne wäre ganz schön.
Die Parksituation ist nicht so einfach. Der Hotelparkplatz ist vielleicht für 10 Autos ausgestattet man muss also Glück haben und in der Umgebung ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Hotel sehr gut, freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, ruhig (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Nebenstraße). Zum Zentrum ca. 20 min zu Fuß, auch Bus und Straßenbahn in der Nähe nutzbar.

Leider war die junge Frau an der Rezeption nicht kompetent, ansonsten würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Das kleine Resterant im Keller und das Frühstücksangebot in Form eines üppigen Lunchpaket

Cons:

Uns wurde schriftlich zugesagt vier Fahrräder einzustellen, vor Ort mussten die Bikes in unseren Zimmer im 1.Obergeschoss platziert werden, was zu erheblichen Platzproblemen geführt hat. Am nächsten Morgen stellten wir fest, das man die Fahrräder problemlos im Garten abstellen konnte.
