Pros:

Tutto bellissimo! Alloggi confortevoli e puliti, buona la qualità del sonno. Zona piscina ben curata. Colazione varia. Staff gentile. Prezzo adeguato. Consigliato: un vero angolo di paradiso dove poter godere di tanto relax!

dans la campagne mais à proxiité de tout !
Pros:

Le cadre dans un un joli parc et surtout très calme.

Le point fort est l'accès GRATUIT à une petite plage de sable fin à 800 m environ.
Pente douce dans la mer et donc parfaite pour les familles avec enfants, peu de risques.

Chambre très très correcte avec une jolie décoration.
Salle de bain simple mais avec tout le confort.
La climatisation fonctionne très bien et cela est très appréciable

Le calme est vraiment le point fort de cet "agrotourisme".
Vrai espace pour se ressourcer et à quelques kms à peine de Syracuse.
Donc très bonne situation

Nous avons apprécié un diner en bord de piscine.
Plats goûteux et soignés.

Les petits déjeuners proposent des viennoisseries faites maison excellentes.
C'est un moment de plaisir sur la terrasse

Personnel extrêmement courtois et avenant à tous les postes (réception et accueil, bar et au restaurant)
C'est un établissement tenu par des soeurs jumelles qui sont débordantes d'énergie et de gentillesse.

On se sent accueillis comme à la maison.
Ce n'est pas un hôtel impersonnel.
Je suis moi-même agent de voyages et je recherchais un lieu plus intimiste et pas une usine à touristes
J'ai été ravie de passer 3 nuits dans ce havre de paix !

C'est un point de départ idéal, aussi, pour découvrir la Sicile Baroque, point de départ parfait pour visiter
Noto, Modica et Ragusa + la côte de la Sicile Orientale .

Sans parler de Syracuse à environ 10 kms (facile d'accès et qui permet d'être au calme sans pour autant
nous éloigner de sites majeurs).
Situation assez stratégique...

Cons:

Le mobilier du bar du bord de psicine a un peu vécu et mériterait, peut-être, d'être remplacé ?!
Mais ceci dit, bien assez de bains de soleil pour se prélasser en bord d'une grande piscine.
La végétation et la pelouse bien entretenus font oublier le reste.

Un giorno di vacanza rigenerante!
Pros:

Un bellissimo parco ben curato con alberi di ulivo e piante bellissime. Molto grande la piscina con pochi ospiti sembra tutta a tua disposizione. La colazione è particolare e molto curata! Buonissima la granita di mandorla e la brioche. Una chicca mai trovata in giro!

Oasi felice e rilassante in ambiente spartana
Pros:

Staff estremamente gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili anche nel suggerire itinerari e mete turistiche della zona.
La struttura è ben tenuta, soprattutto le aree esterne.
Parcheggio privato per gli ospiti molto spazioso e ombreggiato.

Cons:

Pochi servizi rispetto alle nostre aspettative, dato il prezzo non trascurabile e dato che stiamo parlando di un “resort 4 stelle”.
Aree comuni un po’ risicate, TV datata e con pochissimi canali, frigorifero molto piccolo.

Pros:

The grounds of the resort are great. Ample space for our child to run around. There were also some swings. The place is peaceful, breakfast is great and the pool is just wonderful. The Hosts are awesome and staff really welcoming.

Cons:

Dinner needs improvement.

Pros:

Das Resort ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen und hat viel Umschwung. Der schöne Strand ist in Gehdistanz und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden und Entspannen. Der Pool ist gross und wirkt gepflegt.

Cons:

- Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung steht
- Die Einführung war kurz und hektisch (vermutlich wegen der Sprachbarriere)
- Das Zimmer war dreckig (zerquetschte Mücken an der Wand, Schimmel in der Dusche, kalkige und beschädigte Duschwand, Spinnweben im Zimmer, dreckiger Boden, Spritzer an der Badezimmertür)
- Der Föhn in Zimmer ist nach kurzer Zeit überhitzt und hat erst nach einer Weile wieder funktioniert
- Wir fühlten uns im kleinen Zimmer beengt, da es kein Fenster gibt. Das Cottage Superior hätte ein richtiges Fenster.
- In die Jahre gekommene und schmutzige Einrichtung im Aussenbereich (Whirlpool ist schmutzig, Kanister mit Chemikalien steht neben dran, Duschen beim Pool sind voller Blätter, Liegen sind mit Vogelkot verschmutzt und wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nie gereinigt, Aschenbecher wurden nicht geleert, Stolperfallen durch unabgedeckte Löcher im Aussenbereich)
- Kein Volleyballfeld wie auf der Webseite gezeigt
- Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Bildern auf der Homepage (keine Früchte, kleine Auswahl an Fleisch und Käse, das Personal fragt nicht aktiv nach der Kaffeebestellug, ein anderer Gast hat uns erklärt, dass man beim Personal Kaffee bestellen kann)
- Das Personal wirkt bis auf den Gärtner unmotiviert und ungeschult
- Das Restaurant hat eine Stunde später als beschrieben geöffnet. Das Essen war vergleichsweise teuer und lieblos angerichtet. Das Personal wirkte an diesem Abend allgemein überfordert.

Relax e ospitalità
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è accogliente e ha un parco curato molto bene e tantissimo spazio. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.

Un punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. Anche la colazione è stata ottima, con una buona varietà di prodotti

La posizione dell’hotel è comoda e permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali spiagge della zona. Nel complesso, mi sono sentito davvero a mio agio e consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, cortesia e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri!
