Pros:

Clean and well located

Cons:

The staff were rude at the reception and at the rooftop. Not welcoming at all. Made us feel uncomfortable.
In the rooms there were no hygiene items such as tooth brush cotton cream lotions conditioner etc. Iron bathrobe and slippers were there and it was useful.

Delightful and unique - don't miss the rooftop!
Pros:

The rooftop bar and breakfast! The glass shower! The quirky jump off/on elevator! The location and helpful and lovely staff. The beautiful room and views! Loved our stay.

Cons:

The AC was a bit weak in the room...major heat wave going on

Outstanding check-in/receptionist service!
Pros:

The staff, most especially the petite Eur-Asian looking lady that we talked to about some hiccups during our stay was outstanding! Throughout our stay she made notes and never forgot to ensure we were taken care of. That type of customer service is rare and I just wish I have her name.

The hotel has a great location. It was close to many restaurants, shops and touristy areas. It is 10-15 minutes walk to the Mainkai.

The breakfast is good and I recommend this hotel. It had comfortable rooms and again excellent customer service.

Cons:

Some rooms are not outdated.

Traumhafter Blick auf Skyline von Frühstücksterrasse im 7. Stockwerk. Zimmer super klimatisiert, was wichtig war bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur. Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, Zimmer trotzdem ruhig.

obwohl mit der Terasse geworben wird konnte diese nicht am Abend genutzt werden da diese wegen einer Veranstaltung gesperrt war - das fanden wir sehr ärgerlich
