We enjoyed the location but on a whole we will not use this hotel on our next visit or recommend it

They supposedly upgraded us to a deluxe suite which happens to be on two levels with a tiresome stairs. The cupboard is downstairs and the bathroom upstairs it was vey uncomfortable and I think my original choice was better and they probably gave it to someone else
They added a tip of 500 euros to the invoice and said that the computer does this automatically but that I could decline, which is very embarrassing and unprofessional. I declined
For a hotel of this caliber they forgot twice to put water in the room
The breakfast is of poor quality considering it’s a five stars at 2000 euros a night and the first day the eggs in the omelette gave my wife a diarrhea something that does not usually happen to her

Une jolie découverte. J'ai passé un excellent séjour.
Pros:

Chambre petite mais jolie. Excellente literie.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très agréable, aimable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Tout pour bien commencer la journée.

Cons:

Dans la chambre, un manque de lumière important, par exemple impossible de lire au lit. Il faut se rapprocher d'un lampadaire pour avoir un peu de clarté, mais la lecture reste difficile
Accès à la chambre: ascenseur puis des marches sans rampe, ce qui peut être difficile pour certains handicaps

The property was beautiful.
Restaurant very good.
Staff very attentive and polite.
Very good location.

Cons:

Having to get a water taxi to main attractions. Each time costing different!!!
The public water taxis were very noisy outside the hotel.

Magical -- everything about Sina Centurion was the definition of refined living.
Pros:

The room was very wele kept, clean, and offered an absoulty beautiful terrace view of the Grand Canal. The location was quiet, yet accessible, and central to many avenues of the city.

Das Sina Cinturion ist punkto Zimmer kein Luxushotel und demzufolge viel zu teuer

Das freundliche Personal und die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht schön, nicht sauber und vorallem das Badezimmer war eher eine Zumutung.

Hervorragend und jederzeit wieder im Hotel Sina

Sehr aufmersames Personal und mega höflich

Cons:

Die Hosen beim Servicepersonal ist etwas bedenklich aber ok... vielleicht müsste man hier etwas meht Beachtung schenken und dem Personal ein paar Hosen mehr zur Verfügung stellen... das ist aber ein kleines und nur als Empfehlung für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel... sonst alles Perfekt
