It's time to try something else in when traveling through.
Pros:

The location is excellent, have stayed here many times going to/from the Colorado mountains.

Cons:

Being a rather light sleeper, the furnace fan was intermittent on/off with no way to keep it at a constant level. The fridge cycled on/off regularly with, of course, no need to have it running. Turned both off despite the colder outside temps. The elevator in the morning would not budge from 3rd floor. A fun trip down 3 flights with luggage in both hands.
Time to find another place!

Nice stay. I just cringe about the price and the way I had to make the reservation.

When I asked google for your number they insisted in giving the number of a third party marketer. I DO NOT LIKE THAT. You can do better. Do your own booking and give the best rates you can give. If you can give lower rates to a third party booking agent, you can certainly offer the same or even better rates.

Fair, too pricy for seniors on a budget
Pros:

Pancakes were cold. Yuck.

Cons:

Had a power outage. I could not believe there were no emergency battery lights in the hallways. Had to stay in the room during the outage, otherwise we couldn't get back in. Staff didn't check on guests in the complete darkness
