Schön aber teuer
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sie könnte endlich mal wieder saniert werden. Aber die Klimaanlage ist perfekt ebenso der Strand, das Restaurant, Frühstück, Garage.

Cons:

Was nicht passt ist die Frechheit Zimmer doppelt zu verrechnen mit dem Argument die Vorauszahlung wäre nicht eingegangen. Und das mit Tage voraus. Gut kann passieren dass die Buchhaltung nicht passt. Aber das ist jetzt das 2. Mal. Und obwohl man eine Rückzahlung bestätigt, trifft das Geld nicht ein und die Buchhaltung geht auf Tauchstation. Bei mehreren tausend Euro ist das schon eine schöne Summe und ich denke es ist deren Masche. Wie gesagt, wenn man das Geld zurückbekommt ist es okay aber wenn nicht, dann war das der letzte Aufenthalt dort!

früstück war super, Zimmer großzügig, strand Katastrophe

das an der Strand nicht eine stelle gerichtet wo Mann sorgenlos in mehr rein und rausgehen kann!!!
Samstag kommt keine Zimmer Frau, für Kaffekapsel muss Mann betteln
bei enfang wollten die uns Gartenseite mit frühstück geben, obwohl ich superior Zimmer mit Meeresblick und Halbpension gebucht. Wahr sehr ärgerlich und zeitraubend.

Сподобалось абсолютно все: номер, сніданок, тепле море, місцерозташування, персонал, прибирання. Дуже приємні враження, в готелі є все для чудового, різноманітного відпочинку, це місце в яке хочеться повернутися знову.
Будьте уважні на пляжі, до нього мають доступ не тільки відпочиваючі готелю, камери відсутні, на жаль мали ситуацію зі зникненням особистих речей.

A wonderful week in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very beautiful and clean, the staff were so helpful and service minded. We loved their breakfast and spent many hours by their pool reading and swimming. It had a nice temperature and was very clean. Mario at the conciergerie was very helpful and I think it was because of his efforts that we finally were able to get a rental car during high season, even though we did not book in advance. He was also very helpful when I forgot my 19 year old wedding ring in our hotel room and helped me to get it back safely to the north of Sweden. Thank you so much, Mario! There was also a very noce helpful girl in the reception who spoke a little bit of norwegian. If you want to go to the beach there was always someone there ready to drive you but it was an easy 5-10 min walk if you prefer that. The hotel is a bit far away from bigger cities, so we recommend a rental car. We had the most wonderful time driving around on excellent roads and recommend a visit to Rovinj and Porec. The food and wine in Istria was great, I just want to go back! 🥰

Hotel winding down operations
Pros:

A very outdated 5-star hotel. Nothing is being maintained or refurbished anymore! Parasols and sun loungers are broken; daybeds are missing their curtains and mattresses; broken buffet canopies are simply tied together—and much more. The furniture in the room is also very dated and damaged. In its current state—prior to renovation—it cannot be recommended as a luxury hotel.

Beautiful spot, spotty service
Pros:

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, spacious, and inviting. Front desk was responsive. Overall it was a great stay. I will say that the staff was hit or miss. I had a cleaner open our room without knocking while I was changing (no knock!), a pool bar staff member take drink orders and disappear without delivering them, and the hostess at breakfast didn't tell us there was a buffet. (Neither did the waitstaff who came to take our order from a menu.) I expected better service for the price but I understand it's hard to get workers in Croatia.

Die Zimmer waren super, der Strand ist für uns Perfekt, Frühstück reichhaltig super Angebot.
Restaurant Personal Top, sogar Geburtstagstorte für unseren Sohn toll vorbereitet. Tausend DANK

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Essen im Restaurant am Strand gebucht, alles war Perfekt bis auf die Qualität vom Fleisch( Entenbrust) leider sehr zäh und somit war das Hochzeitstagsessen nicht so toll. Aber das Personal war sehr bemüht und Aufmerksam. Danke

Svært bra bade- og solefasilitetar
Pros:

Tilgang på privat strand og fleire basseng, ikkje noko rush etter solsenger, opplevde at det var stille og roleg. Veldig fine fasilitetar. God og omfattande frukostbuffet. Søndagsopne matbutikkar rett ved hotellet, mange supre restaurantar ein liten biltur unna.

Lite å oppleve i gangavstand, må ha bil

Würden es wieder buchen. Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden grundsätzlich tolles Hotel.

Exklusiv, hochwertig, privat, trotz der vielen Zimmer

Cons:

Teilweise mussten die Bestellung mehrfach aufgegeben werden, weil die Kellner immer wieder Sachen vergessen haben. Preise fürs Abendessen überzogen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
