Great location on the beach with fun plane watching opportunities. Loved the bar and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
The food quality was average for the price. Was hoping it was a bit better. The view from the restaurant can't be beat though.

However, our overall experience was overshadowed by a serious concern I have detailed in the section below, so it is difficult to focus only on the The property advertises itself as "pet friendly," yet during our entire stay we were confronted daily with what we can only describe as animal cruelty. Several beautiful birds were kept in extremely small, cramped cages, far too tiny for animals whose very nature is to fly free. We passed these cages up to four times a day, coming and going, and each time it was distressing to witness.
These birds are clearly kept on display for the admiration of guests, but keeping them confined in such minimal enclosures is neither ethical nor acceptable. It deeply disappointed us and cast a shadow over what should have been a relaxing stay. I have attached photos as evidence.
I want to state clearly that I intend to follow up on this. If nothing is done, I will be contacting the relevant authorities and pursuing every avenue available to ensure these birds are released or relocated to an appropriate facility, such as a bird sanctuary, one of which exists in Saint Martin. This is not a threat but a commitment: no animal deserves to live like this for the sake of decoration, and I will actively monitor the situation until it is resolved.

The location was perfect. It was easy access to the airport and it is literally on the beach.
The room needs an upgrade.
De ligging en mooie tuin. De bedden waren goed. Vriendelijk personeel. De service die ze bieden. Shuttle vliegveld.
Wij hadden probleem met warm water. Dit werd perfect opgelost.
Kamer is wat gedateerd. Maar ze zijn druk met renovatie. De menu kaart voor diner viel wat tegen. Houd rekening met het vliegveld. Na 21uur is het rustig maar om 7uur in de ochtend gaan ze weer open.
Iedereen is erg vriendelijk en behulpsaam. De sfeer is lekker relex en ontspanne. Alles is schoon en opgeruumd.
Als je langer in het resort bent is de menu kaart voor ontbijt en dinner erg beperkt.
