Komfort, Gesamtatmosphäre, sehr gutes Frühstück (für französische Verhältnisse erstklassig), sauberes Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal, sichere und ruhige Lage und dennoch ganz nah am Zentrum (4 Gehminuten).
Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten...

A clean comfortable stay with friendly staff, but the surrounding neighborhood could be much better
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well during our stay. Our room was clean, even though the hotel is quite old. The Wi-Fi worked well enough, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient if you're arriving by train, as the station is nearby.

Cons:

The surrounding area was the biggest downside. The streets felt dirty, and we often saw homeless people sleeping nearby. At times, there was also a noticeable smell of urine in the neighborhood. While the hotel itself was fine for a short stay, the surrounding area did not feel very pleasant.
