Quirky and fun hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Location and design on the whole is quirky and distinctive. Even though we faced the Main Street, it was nice and quiet in the room.

Cons:

Not enough power sockets. Light switches very confusing and some didn’t work. Occasionally lights would switch themselves on or off for no reason.

The hotel is right on the promenade, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and boutiques. You have free parking in front of the hotel, the internet is excellent

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the communication with the reception staff. The staff spoke only English and didn’t speak Bulgarian or any other language. I found this surprising and inconvenient, especially in Bulgaria, where I expected at least some basic knowledge of the local language. Better communication and more multilingual staff would have made the experience much more pleasant.

Die Lage ist perfekt, im idealen Zentrum, alles wichtiges ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist nicht ganz representativ, zu klein und entspricht nicht der Ambiente des 4 Sterne- Hotels.

Just the location

Cons:

I stayed in a Luxury Room without breakfast, unfortunately, the room was not clean enough, and I found hair in several places, as well as spider webs. As a result, I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower. There was also considerable outside noise, and the unusual room layout and decor created a strange atmosphere that made me feel uneasy and unable to relax. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable and couldn’t sleep throughout the night. The location was good, but apart from that, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
