Nice place, but pricey!
Pros:

The location is great!
We ate at 2 of the 3 restaurants and were happy with our meals & cocktails.

Cons:

Added fees plus $25.00 a night for parking makes it pretty pricey.
Barking dog for over 2 hours!
Ice machine wasn't working.

Great experience! Would come again!
Pros:

I loved pulling right up and unloading and having valet park my car. I loved being directly across the street from the beach and bathroom facilities, but not in the thick of the crowds. Room was very clean. I loved having a balcony.

Cons:

My room was directly adjacent to a parking garage that beeps loudly every time a car comes in or out, and it sounds like a smoke detector. Kept me awake and woke me up multiple times. Area was very noisy with the slider open and so I had to sleep with the slider closed instead of listening to the ocean. My teen daughter went to see the pool and was put off by the color of the water.

It’s in need of an update, the elevator broke 3 times during our stay. No phone or microwave in the room.

Location, balcony, bed was comfy, and clean

Cons:

Would have liked a 1 queen bed option, temperature control was bad, didn't like having to walk through a restaurant to get to front desk or pool, and valet was not helpful but expensive

Very nice stay
Pros:

View from the room was great

Cons:

Floors were dirty while walking without socks on and a lot of marks on the floor. Also a lot of bugs in and around glass doors. A lot in the room and out.

While raining, there were a lot of leaks in the roof of the pool

Housekeeping staff was friendly

Cons:

When we got to check-in, our room wasn’t available to us until nearly 6:30pm instead of 4pm and all we got was a $15 food and beverage voucher as an apology. Then the elevator was broken and we had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs for the duration of our stay. For the cost and reputation of what I had heard of this hotel I expected way more!
