Paying $25 a night for mandatory valet service was ridiculous, I felt like my car was being held captive.
We ate at the restaurant on Sunday night, there seemed to be only one waitress for the whole place, service was very slow. Food was not very good
right on the ocean, reserved parking , beautiful room and comfortable bed
was a bit confusing how to get to the pool
Breakfast was good and the location to the beach is great.
Breakfast restaurant is only open on the weekends, the main restaurant didn't open at all. They claim to be an all season resort?? We stayed three nights and housekeeping never came to our room. After 10 AM there was no hot water, so forget a shower when you come back from the beach. This was daily, I went to the front desk and was told, oh we just need to flip a switch, you'll have water in 20 min. 4 hours more like it.
Location and great staff
No complaints
Horrible.
The location was great. The atmosphere is excellent. The food at the restaurant was really good.
I was charged for parking that I did not use. I let the check in staff know I was already parked off site but still got charged. The wasted $25 isnt worth me lowering my rating. The overall experience was great.
Close to the beach
It was chilly and you need to check on the heating/cooling unit as its not secure, and ours took a while to heat up. No extra blankets, NO PHONE!!!
The only good thing was the location
The evening front desk staff need customer service training. The room looked like it had never been vacuumed. You could hear everything through the walls. Booked a room with a sofa bed for our kid no bedding had to ask multiple times before they arrived with a jumble of bedding, not even folded. Also Booked reservations at the hotel’s restaurant Breakers only to be told when we arrived that Breakers was closed because the weather was nice and only the rooftop café was open. Completely different menus and not enough room for our party of eight that we booked reservations for. Arrived at seven didn’t didn’t get the drinks we ordered until after 7:30
Great service, fantastic location
Location was amazing, valet service was a nice surprise.
At that price I would have expected a continental breakfast.
The location is great.
No phone in our room. We woke up to no hot water and when I used my personal cell phone to tell someone, I just could not get through. When checking out, I noticed a phone in the hallway so I guess that must be how you call them.
The room was nice and baloney
Front desk wasn't to friendly when we checked in. The resurant breakers service at bar was terrible we waited 20 mins at bar just for someone to wait on us just say I will be will you as soon as I can there was 2 bartenders and no one acknowledged us! Then had dinner I order the $ 70 seafood mix omg they put a ton of salt and out the oysters on it everything was sooo Salty couldn't eat the pineapple was terrible Salty I told the waitress she said it was a new trainee offered to make me another one but I wasn't waiting my husband had the fish and chips was good but with tip I paid $176 for these meals no drinks 2 dinners one chower & seasonal dessert. When it rains they should have things for people to do was people hanging around for things to do need a activity coordinator or something.
