Pros:

View was good, staff very accomodating and restaurant provided us with extra requirements we asked for so we could enjoy nibbles and food in our room.

Cons:

There could have had another seat for the little table in our room, We had one sofa seat by the bed and one seat to go with the table. There werent many wine glass and glass options in the room but the restaurant was happy to provide us with what we were missing.

Wonderful stay, great location for an event at the Micheal Fowler Centre, great room and harbour view, comfy bed and lo

The location, super comfy bed, lovely fresh good quality linen and friendly and helpful staff

The bar and alcohol not being available at 10pm. Even room service with a glass of wine would have been nice

Conveniently located.
Pros:

Liked the location. Easy access to the waterfront.

Cons:

The rooms that do not have a water facing view are not so nice and the outlook isn’t great. The hotel was comfortable but was looking a little tired and dated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of conference delegates in residence during our stay and not many individual guests.

Very nice, comfortable, good location.
Pros:

Close to the CBD. Great views. Comfortable bed.
I left a very expensive shirt in the wardrobe, when I rung to explain they found my shirt and sending it back. VERY HONEST STAFF- Most impressed.

Cons:

It was a little dated, corridor smelled musty.

Pros:

Our room was upgraded as our original room had a problem with it. Staff were helpful, the suite we got had a spacious space with a great view.

The cost, and the sliding door was difficult to slide.

Stress-free.
Pros:

A generally all-round good experience. Great view of the harbour, easy walking distance to the shops and to Te Papa where my meeting was being held. Helpful staff. A little worn in places but I don't mind worn if its squeaky clean, and it was.

Cons:

I didn't enjoy the fire alarm, but that was outside the hotel's control and the evacuation procedure was very swift and orderly. And the response time of the fire brigade amazing. It was a false alarm - someone left a toaster on too long.

The hotel looks tired and urgently need renovation. Main access is closed and alternative access from the back is not presentable.

Nice Hotel in great location with lovely staff.
Pros:

We had a standard king room with a small harbour view which was nice. Comfy bed and chair and good bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Coffee cups could do with an upgrade and so could the dripping kettle.
