The first room had bedbugs. Also there was what appeared to be a homeless family camped out in the closest exit corridor. Booking.com didn't help me get a refund either

I used my credit card a week to stay for 5 days.went to check in and it was a vacant. Why did they have me use my credit card for nothing. Call me on the phone!

They called 2 hours before we were to check in to tell us they were over booked and they didn't have a room for us.then told me if I wanted my money back id have to go on line to get it back and they were no help with that issue.
