Easy to find and get too
The room was not clean there was a lot of dust and the bathroom had mould on the roof and I and around the shower

Tv had been stolen.from room. Smoke alarm beeping so took to office and they had no new batteries. So...no smoke alarm in our room.

The room eas clean but there were no extra blankets and no heating. It was a cold night

Not enough caffeteria options it was only tea and coffee sachets no hot choc. No plates I wanted to warm the babys food in. I went to charge my phone by the lights when I bend down I saw how dirty and dusty it was.
