Only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. Please keep the hotel informed of your arrival time or changes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards.

Please Note: Nonrefundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodations cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Overall the room was good accept Aircon Unit.
Pros:

Room nice.
Bathroom good.
Bed comfortable.
Breakfast was good .
Younger reception lady very helpful and polite.

Cons:

AIRCON UNIT FILTER was full of dust
HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE.
Senior lady in reception had a bad attitude.

Happy Hour

Cons:

Everything black mould in the bathroom, a microwave with no plates and knifes and forks no glasses. Staff didn’t care when I complained. The worst place I have ever stayed in how they have a four star rating amazing me.

Pros:

Yellow airport shuttle bus was super easy.

Cons:

Felt very grubby. Stained chairs, dirty walls and smell so strongly of air freshener. Also, said free parking, but was capped at 5 nights, so ended up having to pay more than initially thought.
