Only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. Please keep the hotel informed of your arrival time or changes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards.

Please Note: Nonrefundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodations cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Pros:

Clean tidy room, beds very comfortable & staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately the water was cold due the someone showering next door for a very long time & our water didn't hest up before we had to leave for the airport so we couldn't have a shower. We were also given the wrong pick up instructions & the bus drove past us so we had to get an Uber to the motel.

Worst service and communications ever!
Pros:

Location was handy but service was appauling. We spent three hours on the night of our stay trying to confirm our booking arrangments via phone. The message service provided an option for a call back as we couldn't get through. I did that twice - no response. I got through and the person I spoke to couldn't find our booking even though we provided her with the email booking confirmation. She said she would call back and nothing. We gave up and headed to the hotel when we arrived back in the country at 2am. We got a room sorted after some mucking around. We got in the room, it was cold and there weren't enough blankets so had to put clothes on to stay warm, even after turning the aircon unit on and leaving it on for the night. After booking it didn't allow us to write a review either, had to jump on here. Terrible service!

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

There are only two good things about this place; 1. it is very close to the airport for an early flight. 2. it is relatively cheap. If you aren't looking for these two things avoid at all cost!

Cons:

Breakfast included - so you'd expect a cooked Breakfast be available aye. Rice bubbles,pale slimy looking ham, cheese dried around the edges, stale croissant. It was not worth bothering to sit down and eat it. The window in the room would not seal so 4 degree c air coming in with the fan in the bathroom. The shower was barely a dribble even though the basin blasted water and made a hell of a noise, and after what seemed like forever still was only luke warm. My wife gave up trying to have a shower, but, I had too. And the women behind the counter at check out didn't care. On check out she snatched the keys from my wife and flung them on the counter. Do not stay at this place even if it is the only thing available. You'll be better sleeping on the floor at the airport!

Pros:

Somewhere to sleep

Cons:

Dirty bathrooms , mouldy curtains, stained beading, stained chairs,TV only did horse racing channels,coffee stain in cup where a mouth was applied. Both rooms smell, heat pump was like a chainsaw, oil heater leg broken off. Need a 4wd to get through the potholes in the carpark
