Bez naszej zgody zostaliśmy przeniesieni do ich hotelu ''siostry'', który kompletnie nam nie odpowiadał. Obsługa w drugim hotelu była bardzo słaba. Nigdy nie polecę ani jednego, ani drugiego hotelu

Perfect location, big room & comfortable big bed, clean room with good amenities and friendly staff- hotel felt espe
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, in an amazing location and had good amenities e.g. an iron which was delivered to our room by reception staff twice, a coffee machine, hair dryer, and a very big, comfortable bed. The staff seemed generally friendly, especially the kind man who checked us in the night we arrived- must have been around 11pm and he was still in such good spirits!

Cons:

We could hear quite a lot of noise each morning from our room. In the mornings (8.30-11.30am) it sounded as if there was construction going on in the rooms next to/ above us- this only occurred in the mornings so maybe it was the case of guests going to breakfast however it did sound very loud from our room. We sometimes heard a ‘flushing’ noise which sounded like a toilet flushing from the floor above us, however we probably only heard it once in the morning and once later in night so I don’t think it was a toilet flushing issue.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Eingangshalle ist sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Betten sehr gemütlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, das Loft war aber sehr groß und schön allerdings hatten wir Probleme mit dem Waschbecken, das Wasser ist gar nicht abgelaufen im Badezimmer. Bis auf eine Ausnahme war das Personal unfreundlich.

Great location and friendly staff but noisy!!
Pros:

The location was excellent for trams and access to the trains and airport.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was tiny with little room to move around the bed.
Bedroom was located in a separate building from the main hotel and so we had to go outside to get to it. The staircase was very steep and spiral with no lift to get our case upstairs. No assistance offered.
Our room was very noisy both nights but then we were given earplugs (😂)

Location was very good.

Cons:

Booked a double bed and it was two single beds pushed together without a topper. Sleeping with someone was hard as to not fall into the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable. Lighting in the bathroom and room in general wasn’t great. Thought we were getting a balcony as photos online indicated but ended up with a back room on the top floor with no view.
