good room quality bad customer service
Pros:

i like the location and the layout of the building! i also like the rooms bc the furniture is in good condition and they are always pretty clean!

Cons:

the front desk ignores you so much here it’s always so awkward when trying to ask for help. my key card kept not working and it wasn’t just me bc ig they had just gotten new key cards and multiple people were having problems with theirs. it was like pulling teeth it felt like at one point to actually have someone help me and then when they did they were literally so unfriendly about it. on top of it i had to come back twice because even after they fixed the card it still wasnt working. the first time they gave me a dirty look and just watched me stand there for like almost a minute before asking if i needed help and then when i came back down the second time they were nowhere to be found and i couldn’t get back into my room. it was like midnight and i literally was waiting down there for a good like 20 min panicked a little because i wasn’t sure if they had left and if i was fucked for the night tbh. when they finally got back they gave the same weird awkward unfriendly energy and literally tried to just tell me to go back up and try again bc they didn’t know why it wasn’t working ?? even after i had just already tried that second time. when i refused they finally were able to figure it out but yeah she was not my favorite period. it there was another time that a specific staff member helped me and he was super amazing though! 🤍

Great location, but major cleanliness and service issues
Pros:

The only real positive for this stay was the location—it’s very convenient to local malls, restaurants, and the freeway. It had a small kitchen area and refrigerator. Mediocre at best.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend this location. While it’s close to shopping and the freeway, the hotel itself is in bad shape. The lobby and rooms smell like wet dog/musty carpet, and the overall cleanliness is very poor. Staff was hard to find, and they were completely inflexible with a refund when I had to leave early, citing a 3:00 PM cutoff when I called at 3:15 PM. Adequate rooms don't make up for the lack of maintenance and poor service.
