Pros:

I liked the food it was good and the rooms were comfy, the staff was great and the beach too

Cons:

Una estancia inolvidable

Desde mi llegada, el personal fue atento, amable y muy cordial. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, impecables y son realmente acogedoras, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable.

Como era mi cumpleaños, tuvieron hermosos detalles que hicieron que la celebración fuera muy especial.

Quiero agradecer especialmente a Celine Medrano, quien se esforzó por hacer de mi estancia un recuerdo inolvidable. Su dedicación, calidez y excelente servicio marcaron la diferencia.

Sin duda, fue una experiencia maravillosa. ¡Volveré muy pronto!

I have to say that some of the staff members were nice but very few and some others acted nice because they were getting paid. That’s what it seems like and how I felt.

Cons:

I didn’t like the welcoming of the reception area. The two ladies were so dry and unpleasant. We had an issued and asked for help to try to solve the issue quickly instead they were trying to make us pay more than what we should have. Good thing that I have the patient to act and wait when needed. In the end they “gave in” but I got an email about 5 mins after that the issue was resolved which means that they didn’t
Give in or did anything to try to solve anything. To not get into details. Solving problems they acted very poorly that included the manager.

Apesar de alguns pontos positivos, as condições do quarto não estavam adequadas, foi decepcionante.
Pros:

Comida boa, boa localização, cama confortável, praia bonita, bar na praia. Tamanho do quarto ok.

Cons:

Havia cheiro de mofo, paredes com infiltrações, goteira no banheiro e a descarga deixou de funcionar no segundo dia. Demora no check in e na entrega as chaves, funcionários indiferentes às nossas reclamações.

Me gustó la playa.

Cons:

No me gustó que el elevador no estaba funcionando cuando llegamos y aún con un bebé nos pusieron en un 4to nivel, tampoco me gustó que en el restaurante Dominicano la comida es recalentada, ósea, lo más desagradable del mundo es comerse un pescado frito recalentado, la harina estaba ya hasta melcochuda, el personal te apresura para que ordenes rápido y hasta mala cara te ponen (Dos lo hicieron, un mesero y una mesera) , la piscina de niños tiene tanto cloro que las personas comenzaron a salirse y los que se quedaron decían que siempre es así. Aparte de que todo lo quieren vender, un helado, el agua de coco, el zipline, ósea, sería más favorable que integren el precio de los mismos en el inicio. Muy desagradable experiencia.

I would define our stay as very pleasant, relaxing, comfortable and simply lovely.
Pros:

I really liked the service provided by the staff. Very attentive and agreeable staff made our stay more pleasant. The food was delicious and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The beach was wonderful, very clean, organized and we all enjoyed it a lot. Communication from the staff was very on-point, we needed to make some changes to our reservation and it all was resolved very quick and precise.
