Very dated property with average food quality but the staff saves the day
Pros:

The Staff was very joyful and always helpful. Their happiness was very contagious and saved the overall experience

Cons:

Very dated property and the poor state of repair was something I was not expecting. Food was ok but very bland. Alcohol selection even for premium packages was very poor.

g. After finally getting the rooms, the room I remand was confirmed prior to arriving that it was ready. I was told it wasn't available unless I accessed one far always from my kids. Since I didn't have a choice I accepted one away from my kids and I open the room; the room was occupied with other guests. Again I had to come back to the front desk for the 3rd time and after waiting for about another hour, finally got the room with one bed instead of a double bed for me and my wife. At no point did the staff or a supervisor at the hotel came to provide us with an explanation or apologize to us. The room was full of mosquitoes because the prior guests left the bathroom windows open because the bathroom didn't have vents to get rid of the humidity of the hot water. I was very disappointed. I have been to this hotel before and had a better experience 😌.

La playa y el personal era amigable.

Cons:

La comida era muy repetitiva y de mala calidad. La habitacion tenia 5 switch de luz y no tenia ninguna luz en la habitación mas que una lampara que no funciona con nada de eso, el bufet era muy limitado. Me mandaron a un 4to piso donde el baño es miniatura y choca con todo, tv por cable en un tiempo donde puedes poner un smart tv y yo puedo poner mi netflix no es pedir mucho, es simplemente una mala experiencia para lo que cuesta.
