Amazing gem right in Big Bear
Pros:

The room was incredible. It felt like I was immersed in a forest. They thought of so many details. Staff was great, it had every amenity I could think of. Can’t wait to come back!!

Requesting a refund for a ruined anniversary getaway
Pros:

Requesting at least a partial refund for not staying the night due to the room having mold in the ceiling above the heater. No one there after hours

The theme of the rooms are nice but their not as advertised and place looks run down.

Pros:

My partner and I come every year around the same time to this place, we absolutely love it. We've stayed at half of the different themes rooms, the Castle Garden was our favorite. Super cozy, I love that the fireplace is a few meters in front of the giant cozy bed. The decor was so awesome, and the jacuzz and swing seat as well as the little balcony tower outside were so much fun.
