Small, old, not clean enough
Very cozy
Amazing cottage with such attention to detail. I stayed in the castle garden and felt like I was in an episode of game of thrones
The only downside was bed on third floor and bathroom on 1st but not that big of a deal
The bed is comfortable. Walking distance to e-bike rentals and coffee. The property is clean and the lights around the property.

Beautiful room and a wonderful tub.
The AC would not go below 75, so it was warm during the day. There was no loveseat/couch for 2 people. The "couch" could only sit one person and I had to sit in a regular dining room chair, which was not as comfortable.

Very unique, lots of little details that create a bit of a fantasy world. Our room, the enchanted forest, is very cute and well designed.
Could use some updating. The drapes and some furniture were old, worn, a little dingy. While it could just be part of the vibe, it made it look less inviting.
Quiet and cozy cabin. Each cabin on the property is unique and decorated to a different theme. Our cabin had a hot tub which was a great add on. Owners are extremely nice and friendly - they were able to accommodate early check-in and a late check out. Any request was met with a friendly smile and a prompt response and they went over and beyond to ensure all needs were met. A great spot for a quick getaway for couples. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Big Bear multiple times over the last 20 years and this was one of. If not the best experiences we have ever had. The accommodations were awesome, although it was a little warm out on the days we were there, we made the most of it. The fact that all of the cottages are themed is awesome. We will be going back to experience every single cottage as time goes on. The accommodations as well as the staff there are impeccable. There are only a couple of employees as far as we could tell, and although there is a communication barrier that was taken care of with the translation app. Again, one of the best experiences we have ever had in Big Bear and we will be coming back soon.
Really didn't have any complaints aside from the fact that the rooms can be hot this time of year. There are a few things that could have been repaired. Perhaps it's all a work in progress but otherwise had an amazing stay.
