Camera confortevole, letto comodissimo e staff accogliente, gentile e attento.
Colazione ricca e di qualità.
Il giardino è una chicca per trascorrere dei momenti di relax a fine giornata e non solo. L'honestly bar è un'idea originale per sentirsi come a casa ma con tutto ciò che si desidera. Apprezzatissimo!

Ruhige Lage und Große Zimmer
Pros:

Waren 5 Nächte da. Schöne Anlage in der Nähe der Ubahn Bologna. Ruhige Lage abseits vom Rom-Trubel.
Supermarkt um die Ecke und ein gutes und günstiges Restaurant auch um die Ecke, wo eigentlich nur Einheimische essen gehen.

Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbeteit!

Cons:

Frühstück war eher eine 4/10. Wenig Auswahl und leider wurde oft keine Nachschub gebracht. Definiv Unterschiede zwischen Wochentags und Wochenenede. Wochentags war "mehr" Auswahl. Am Wochenende eine Käsesorte und eine Sorte Salami. Kaum frisches Obst. Und kein normales Brot, nur Toastbrot. Für eine 4 Sterne-Anlage eher unzufrieden.

Die Zimmer waren groß und Badezimmer auch. Allerdings gab es kaum Kleiderbügel, Kleiderhacken oder Steckdosen.

Cons:

Il prezzo della camera non corrisponde minimamente alla qualità della camera e del servizio colazione. La camera aveva macchie di umido sul soffitto, la finestra del bagno molto rovinata e la doccia perdeva acqua. Le tende non schermavano abbastanza la luce del mattino. Colazione non adeguata al costo della camera. Mancava la frutta, le brioche non erano buone. Non c'erano le indicazioni di cosa fossero le pietanze esposte. Per ordinare il cappuccino bisognava andare personalmente al bar senza avere una cameriera che venisse al tavolo. 250 euro per una notte assolutamente non in linea con il servizio ricevuto

Very disappointing this time

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, but unfortunately this particular stay was not a very good experience.

The suite we booked was disappointing compared to our expectations. There was no bath, the living room was quite small, and we did not have towels in the second bathroom upon arrival.

The welcome at reception was also rather cold and basic. The main focus seemed to be informing us that we needed to pay for parking, rather than making us feel welcomed as returning guests.

We also experienced significant noise coming from the air conditioning system. Although we informed reception about the issue during the day, the problem was not resolved and we eventually had to move rooms at almost 11 PM to a ground floor room.

Additionally, the waiter in the restaurant was not particularly friendly. I remember him from our previous stay as well. He spoke only Italian and seemed to expect guests to do the same, which did not create a very comfortable atmosphere.

Overall, this stay did not match the positive experience we had during our first visit.

The hotel has a great location, a beautiful villa, and a lovely courtyard. The staff are very polite, but unfortunately they are not able to solve even basic guest problems.

Cons:

The breakfasts are repetitive and boring, and many items are often missing, even if you come in the middle of breakfast, not just at the end. One of the main issues was how poorly room problems were handled. For example, there was a constant issue with running water in the toilet, and nothing was really fixed. We also had ongoing noise issues in the room, and the only solution offered was earplugs, which is not an acceptable answer.
