Flexible and understanding
Pros:

They were amazing about our trip cancellation due to being stuck on okinawa during a typhoon, and even gave a partial refund at the last minute.

立地も良かったし、快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

アメニティ、特に歯ブラシが良かった🤭
清潔感もあり、スタッフの方も皆んな親切で良かった。
目の前にバス停があるのも良かった。

Cons:

喫煙できる部屋だから仕方がないのかもしれないけど、タバコの匂いがとても気になりました。

人员服务质量和态度都非常好，令人愉快。设施齐全，很干净。交通很方便，门口就是公交车直达🚇。对面街里很近就有一家品种齐全的大超市，东西便宜质量好，非常棒！！……

Cons:

房间稍微小点儿，周边饭店少些，不过酒店有不错的早餐，对面超市开得比较晚，关得比较早

Pros:

丁寧な対応でした。
フロントの前に、ドリンク自販機が、無料なのが、ありがたかった。
電動自転車乗り場が、すぐ目の前なのも、よかった。
