This lovely hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. Plus, they have a relaxing spa area and a few charming restaurants to enjoy.
Having coffee during breakfast could be improved.
What isn’t to like, love the location, the 3 pools and an indoor pool and wellness centre, free sunbeds, pool or rock bathing, dive centre. Rooms immaculate, staff absolutely amazing and food fantastic. Stunning views, would recommend every-time.

Not much. Could not believe this was over $1 euro per night. Felt like a 3-4 star cruise ship at best. No luxury, poor service, very disappointed.
Hotel is tired, staff are entirely disinterested. One check in assistant was lovely and useful but she was the only competent staff member we encountered in a 5 night stay. At checkout, no one even asked us if we enjoyed our stay. Barely engaged, just presented the bill. We also were meant to have exclusive access to some beach area which was closed 3 out of the 5 days we were there for events. This is a 3.5 hotel at best.
The location was good including the private beach. The rooms were spacious with a private balcony.
They do not replenish the water in the room . You just get the water in the room when you check in but on subsequent days, you have to buy water from room service.

The view was spectacular. You open the door to your room and simply wow!!!
The location was wonderful. Amazing sunset. It's very easy to get to Old Town by the local bus. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Lapad.
The diving centre in the hotel was a nice addition.
The staff were amazing throughout.
One thing to note: AC limited to 23 degrees for environmental reasons. So a fan is available.
Tip to Management: Please have a tea and coffee station at breakfast. It will free up time for the staff and the customers don't have to wait long for tea
Unfortunately I agree with others - it's a 5* hotel and nothing made me think wow. I thought people were being fussy, however I felt everything was very good. Nothing exceptional. (Except the views!!!!)
PS Note for Coeliacs - At breakfast, There was a bowl of cereal and some slices of bread. So not much choice for completely GF items.
There's obviously the fruits and cheese & meat stations and you can ask for eggs to be made specially. They do label all the foods.
Facilities
Limited sleep - we were on floor 6 and directly below a room that appeared to be transitioning and prep for cleaning - woken up 6am most mornings with dragging and lifting equipment for a few hours. Air con on and off throughout the night.

Qusto è un hotel pazzesco, a capofitto sul mare con vista magnifica, mare splendido, piscine di ogni tipo, SPA, colazione top e ristoranti di qualità.
C'è un diving interno di ottimo livello e dalla struttura si può nuotare nella baia godendosi la natura. Per di più tutti i servizi per le conferenze sono perfetti, sale per meeting, sale eventi. Tutto al TOP
La struttura vista dal mare è un po' massiccia rispetto alla costa, però in Croazia sono molti i luoghi costruiti così a ridosso della costa e devo dire che il Palace alla fine è uno dei più " ben-camuffati"
An oasis of luxury amidst the general decay of Bucharest. The restaurant was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. This is in contrast to most people who just don't care.
The taxi drivers and even Uber and Bolt were inefficient.

The location. Just so peaceful and beautiful. Doesn’t seems like this is Europe.
I liked the warm welcome, fast check in process and beautiful setup for my friend for her birthday.
And when we wanted a room change (because it was a bit small) they accommodated us right away
The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expect for a 5 star hotel. They only make the bed and didn’t sweep the floor when we asked for cleaning. The rest was superb. The restaurant Maslina was also pretty great.
