Comfortable stay in spectacular location
Pros:

Property location beautiful, seaside pool and walkway, excellent seaside restaurant on the first floor, very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room with sunset balcony views, bathroom with tub, convenient bus stop with bus to Old Town, hiking trails into open space from property. Included breakfast was extensive (although the coffee, unfortunately, was not very good).

Cons:

Coffee at the hotel restaurants was not very good (unfortunately). Honestly the instant coffee in the room was better than the coffee in the breakfast restaurant. No cream for coffee at breakfast (although there were creamers in our room).
Hot tubs at the pool and spa are lukewarm - not hot.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The nice double room with the gorgeous view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful, except one person( he is older man). He recommended us to drink tap water instead bottled water. The breakfast was very good. The bus stop close to the hotel.

Cons:

The outside pool wasn’t warmed up.

Perfect location with lovely views and pools. Very big hotel.
Pros:

A narrow but comfortable room with a nice balcony and a fabulous uninterrupted amazing sea view ( room 318). wonderful pool area and swim up bar, lots of sunbeds and ways to swim in the crystal blue sea. Good buffet breakfast and very nice staff. Super convenient bus stop right outside the hotel with a 15 min ride into town - first stop so you always get a seat! Free underground parking. Lovely looking spa but we didnt use it.

Cons:

The food offering outside of breakfast was not good which is a shame because you don't always want to go out. The beautiful restaurant downstairs was a great setting with lovely staff, but the food was terrible and overpriced. The buffet was good value for money but again, low food quality. The pool staff needed to be a little more proactive in clearing glasses and could have made more money if they chose to offer drinks to people around the pool.

Excelente Hotel

En general, nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Dubrovnik Palace ha sido de 10.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente desde el primer momento, siempre amables y atentos. La limpieza, las instalaciones, las vistas y el ambiente del hotel hacen que sea un lugar totalmente recomendable para desconectar y disfrutar unos días de vacaciones.

Más allá de ese momento puntual en el spa, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva y sin duda es un hotel que recomendaríamos por su calidad, tranquilidad y atención.

Cons:

El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue en la zona wellness/spa uno de los días de mal tiempo (sábado 16 mayo 26 /11am) , cuando decidimos quedarnos en el hotel para relajarnos.

Entendemos perfectamente que no es culpa directa del hotel, pero sí creemos que faltó algo más de supervisión por parte de la persona encargada en ese momento.

Había varios niños utilizando uno de los jacuzzis durante bastante tiempo, gritando, saltando a la piscina continuamente (estando expresamente prohibido)y generando un ambiente poco adecuado para una zona pensada precisamente para el descanso y la relajación.

Además, incluso se les dio la merienda (plátanos) dentro del jacuzzi, algo que sinceramente creemos que debería evitarse por higiene y respeto al resto de huéspedes.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in erstklassiger Lage direkt am Meer. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sauberkeit sehr gut, gebuchtes Deluxe - Zimmer sehr komfortabel, Service beim Frühstück besonders lobenswert (thank you Ryan!!), Transfer zur Altstadt sehr einfach möglich, da Bus direkt vor dem Hotel seine Endstation hat und bis vor das Pile - Tor fährt.

Cons:

Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich, allein der Service im Barbereich hat noch Potential nach oben.

Cons:

A supposed high end hotel that provides only free instant coffee, horrible idea. Charge $10 more per day and provide a coffee maker and some free pods, charging your guests $4 per latte is VERY cheap in my opinion. Your tv provided was only slightly bigger than my laptop screen, put a bigger tv in the room. Your curtains should be nicer than they are, just an observation.
