Breakfast was good.
The chair I requested to be put in the room was available. So t can sit when brushing my teeth. The bars om the wall in the bathroom are not placed properly : the one on the wall next to the toilet should be hung at a 30- 45 degree angle. The towel rack is too low and it interferes with that bar.
Brand New building. Loved the room! Very clean. They had phone chargers on the end tables which was hugely convenient. Lots of space. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was the best! And my dog could stay! Even complimentary dog biscuits! Price was pretty decent on today's standards.
Not much to complain about. It was not right down town, but not a far drive to it and depending on the person, that can be good or bad. There was plenty of shopping spaces close by however, including a Sobeys and an indigo store.
The room was very spacious and clean.
The noise- the rooms are not that sound proof!
Breakfast was great except no bacon on the days I ate. Housekeeping was great room was nice and tidy when I returned each evening. For a dog hotel friendly you didn't even know there were dogs there very quite.

Well I liked the location , the staff were great and the breakfast was good also.
Let’s say I didn’t check out the hotel pet policy before booking, probably because I have not had this issue before. DOGS, DOGS and more DOGS, we are about to enter the elevator from our third floor room and two large dogs are in the elevator coming down from the fourth floor. We chose to wait for another elevator. Then we get back from dinner and are enjoying a drink in our room ( third floor remember ) and out in the hallway we hear a dog ( maybe two ) growling and barking. Off to bed we go and another barking event that night, and then more barking early in the morning across the hallway. Yes I reported these events to the front desk and was told they do accept pets, and that pets were only on the ground floor and first floor. lol
Unless they count floors backwards the dogs I seen and heard were on the third and forth floors, I was going to try out the swimming pool but I assume dogs are using it as well. The staff apologized not for the dogs but because it bothered me I guess, and I was given 3500 Hilton point’s that I can assure will never be used in a so called pet friendly hotel. So I guess that if you love dogs then this would be a great place for you, if you don’t want animals staying in a room that your going to sleep in then don’t book this place.
The hotel itself was clean and staff were great
The beds were uncomfortable as well the pillows which is odd as any other Hampton I’ve stayed at the beds and pillows were extremely comfy. The shower head was also not working properly and probably needs replaced.
Even being outside downtown there were several options for nearby shopping and dining. A big plus for us.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast choices and dining room were very good. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The furnishings and decor seemed quite dated and in my opinion, updating them would bring it to a higher standard. In the bathroom, there was no bar or rack to hang towels.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating
Pool was nice and heated…but much smaller than in the pictures. People coming down the slide made the pool even smaller for people in the pool as you had to stay out of the way.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable….springs poking out and very noisy.
Didn’t like the shower curtain was so short that all the water just went all over the floor.
Didn’t like the configuration of the room with the bathroom not being enclosed with the sink area.
Excellent property, staff were wonderful, close to great amenities.
All was great.
