Smell of the room
The location close to security services event center. Nice bed and quiet room. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage and bacon. Staff was friendly
Damp, musty smell everywhere, mold on ceiling in bathroom, room 210. This hotel could use some updating - had an old, unkempt feel to it.

This property has a great location but… staff was mot very kind, the pool is in bad conditions and dangerously edges. Ice machine didn’t work in 4th floor, there were cockroaches in the shower (I have picture), the door didn’t have the security lock it was broken, toilet was old and rusted. The fire alarm in the room was broken, floor throughout the hotel was dirty looked like paint all over and didn’t clean it.

Staff was good and courteous
The facility was dirty, the rooms were old and deteriorated. The bathroom door didnt close, would get stuck on the floor. The mattress on the sofa bed was dirty and stained, we couldn't use it and the whole purpose for getting a room with it was defeated. The pool was dirty, the pool area was dirty. Till, now it has been the worse hotel we have stayed in San Antonio

Lamentablemente mi esposa tuvo que pagar el alojmiento en efectivo ya que la reserva que hice on line no se proceso en el hotel por alguna razon, me gustaria que hicieran algo por mi para que me regresen los $3383.73 pesos que me hicieron con cargo a mi tarjeta de credito, habia reservado 2 habitaciones con 2 camas para 2 adultos y 3 menores; el numero de reserva que cancele on line fue 6844342076, lo raro fue que recibi un correo de Booking.com diciendome que la reserva estaba confirmada.
