I liked the location, and staff were helpful.

Cons:

I booked an ADA room and was disappointed of not having an adaptable shower. Luckily the staff were able to get us a shower chair, but it was not what we expected when we booked the room.

The pool was nice, the beds comfortable.

Cons:

The room smelled like mildew and they were baby cockroches in the bathroom. They need to fumigate so it don't get out of hand.

I was billed twice was booked rm-408 on arriving, was moved to Rm-217 due to toilet mufunction showing to charges on my bank account called comfort have not been able to get problem resolved giving the run-around !
