Meget venligt personale, rigtig fin morgenmad!
Aftensmaden bestod af 1 ret, og salatbuffet - der er madplan, så man kan planlægge, hvornår man ikke ville spise på hotellet😊
Fin pool og gode muligheder for lege/spil med børn.
Vi hørte ingen støj fra motorvejen, der harnok været en susen ved åbent vindue, men for os bemærkede vi det ikke.
Hotellet ligger 5 min. gang fra letbanen, det er mega nemt og tager 15 min til Liseberg.

Cons:

Man kan ikke købe frokost på stedet. Til gengæld er der en max burger 3 min gang derfra.
Vi kunne godt have brugt en minibar/køleskab på værelset.
Der blev røget i "gården" på hotellet, og jeg tror ikke personalet gjorde noget ved det, for de samme røg igen dagen efter.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is not very pretty but practical (right off the highway), and because the rooms face the courtyard, they are very quiet.

Cons:

I couldn't believe it when I read it in other reviews, but there is no real butter at the breakfast buffet. I am starting to wonder if it's a Swedish thing because I had the same problem at a hotel in Lund.
