Cons:

Smelled like rat droppings & the check in is not in orta itself, it's outside the town, instructions for this was only sent in Italian, causing confusion. Advertised as "with parking" but there is no parking.

Cons:

Adress på booking är varken där boende är eller var man ska hämta nycklarna. Man får ett mail på italienska o när man har väl checkat in då har man ringt 5 ggr utan svar, åkt o gått kors o tvärs o är då dygnsvettig. Om detta går bra så är läget topp o boende ok ( ingen air cond o det är varmt o myggor!). All personal är typ indier som varken kommunicerar eller bryr sig!

Lokatie prachtig.
Pros:

Niets is wat het lijkt. Foto op Booking.com site komen niet overeen met het verblijf en de locatie. De foto's en het adres verwijzen naar een restaurant/bar en geen hotel. Hotel is geen hotel maar slaap accommodatie welke 200 meter verder is in het dorp. De sleutel van de accommodatie en de kamer kan je ophalen bij een ander hotel welke ongeveer 2 km verder is verwijderd van het dorp.

Parkeren van de auto, kosten worden vermeld door receptie voor 10eur maar bedragen 20eur. Kosten parkeergarage zijn namelijk 10Eur per dag dus tot 0.00uur in de nacht. Na 0.00uur gaat nieuwe dag in dus bij overnachting geldt tarief 20Eur.

Ontbijt was ook elders in dorp bij lunchroom/bar. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Maar tijdstip aanvang ontbijt was vaak half uur later dan gepland. Als je accommodatie vroeg wilt verlaten dan had je met het ontbijt dus pech.

Locatie en dorp aan meer was fantastisch. Op 2 km van San Giulio is er gelegenheid om te zwemmen en kan er tegen betaling gebruik worden gemaakt van ligbedden. Op het naastgelegen grasveld kan je ook gewoon lekker met je handdoek op het gras heerlijk genieten van het meer en het prachtige uitzicht.

Cons:

Geen airco en bij temperatuur van 34 graden buiten was temperatuur binnen 28gr. De aanwezige ventilator geeft dan geen verkoeling. Ramen kijken uit op een binnenplaatsje.

La posizione in pieno centro storico che è di grande fascino, la camera pulita e spaziosa, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della receptionist dove abbiamo fatto check in e, al mattino, la sorpresa di una fantastica ed abbondante colazione.

Cons:

I parcheggi privati dell’hotel, che sono comunque comodi visto la penuria di posteggi, sono un po’ troppo lontani dalla camera quindi anche con poco bagaglio, la distanza da percorrere pesa un pò. Vista la presenza massiccia di zanzare, suggerirei di dotare le finestre delle camere di zanzariere in modo da poter arieggiare gli ambienti.

I do not recommend staying at Piccolo Hotel. The room was under the roof, with no air conditioning, making it unbearably hot. Everything is very old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with many things not working properly. The staff were rude and showed no interest in helping guests. Definitely not worth the money—avoid this hotel.

Ottima posizione centrale. Bagno spazioso. Camera pulita. Ventilatore ok. Frigobar ottimo per tenere al fresco acqua o piccole quantità di cibo durante la stagione estiva.

Cons:

Per pernottamenti di oltre una notte chiederei una camera al piano primo e non accetterei quella al piano terreno vista strada turistica pedonale.
