La situation au cœur de orta

Cons:

Très mauvaise isolation phonique, mauvaise literie, wc cassés, pas d accueil sur le lieu ni de petit déjeuner ( obligé d aller dans un autre établissement )

Pros:

Location is absolutely excellent in the center of the village, including 25 meters to a swim in the lake.

Cons:

It is more apartment style than hotel rooms, with narrow steep stairs to the room. Car stays outside the city zone.

Cons:

If you're hauling a case it's better to pay for closer parking than to use free place near Santa Caterina hotel..

In der Altstadt, nahe dem See

Cons:

Sehr unbequeme Anreise. Mit Koffer vom Parking zum Hotel viele Treppen und im Hotel (2. Etage) sehr schmale und steile Treppe. Ältere Personen kommen da mit Koffer nicht zurecht.

Problemi per il check-in, per poter avere la chiave della stanza abbiamo fatto il giro del centro.... purtroppo con il solo ventilatore si soffre il caldo....il bagno avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

È andato tutto bene e soprattutto grazie alla gentilezza del personale
Pros:

Colazione buona non eccellente ma buona la posizione invece ottima.
Inoltre la gentilezza della addetta alla reception è stata impagabile, avendo visto il disguido del check-in distante dal borgo fove alloggiavamo ci ha offerto parcheggio gratuito e invece di una camera quadrupla ci ha dato due camere doppie allo stesso prezzo

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il check-in va fatto presso l'hotel Caterina che è a 1 km e mezzo di distanza e quindi si perde tempo perché il check-in può essere fatto solo nel pomeriggio quindi bisogna fare avanti e indietro dal borgo di Orta a dove è situato l'hotel Caterina ed è una strada percorsa da macchine e sotto il sole

Cons:

The check in was terrible, directing me to completely different hotel in different location, ghosting me on watsapp, hanging up on me when I was calling, to find out there’s nothing at address indicated on booking. Then aggressively chasing me to send my ID on watsapp. I had to fight to stay actually in old town. No A/C, but at night it got a little colder in early August, so I could sleep a bit.

Sicuramente la posizione in centro è stata la cosa migliore...aggiungo però un buon giudizio per tutto il resto. Lo consiglio sicuramente a chiunque voglia soggiornare sul lago d'Orta.
