Most was good.
Pros:

Great location. Clean staff was pleasant. A nice room.

Cons:

For us the bed was too soft and squishy. It wasn't firm enough.

They refused to honor the booking.com confirmation and rate. Room surfaces were dirty. Vanity sink was semi clogged with very low water pressure. Bedding did not properly fit mattress and was lumpy. Riff raff patronage.

The oven was dirty. It smoked up the room the first time I used it. There was no dishwasher like the app said was in there.

When we checked in, the staff were unable to locate our reservation for the night. I showed them our email confirmation along with the confirmation number and pin. The staff informed us our reservation had been cancelled but did not give us further detail. Earlier that same week, I added our dog to our reservation, and they were able to locate the reservation and add our dog to it with no issue. With no more rooms available, and the Toledo Marathon the next morning, and every other hotel in the area filled, we were forced to scramble and make reservations elsewhere. No email/call was made to notify us on the cancellation. Dont like to give bad reviews, but would not recommend using this hotel.
