Gute Unterkunft für einen Venedig Besuch
Pros:

Gute Lage, ruhig, Restaurants in der Nähe, ca. 500m zur nächsten Vaporetto Station, Klimaanlage (Split Unit). Ca. 1km Fußweg vom BiciPark (war mit Rad angereist)

Cons:

Mein Zimmer (im Erdgeschoss) hatte sehr kleine Fenster, was die Belüftung einschränkte.

Pros:

Lindo hotel com uma decoração estilo veneziano de muito bom gosto. Limpo e confortável com equipe muito simpática e cordial. Relativamente perto de um ponto de Traghetto.

Cons:

Embora perto do Traghetto, fica um pouco longe para ir caminhando para as outras áreas turísticas.

Al mattino per un misunrdestending mi sono trovato addebitato 4 colazioni mai consumate. Può capitare ma attenti a cosa vi trovate nella ricevuta.

Pros:

Very nice room with a modern bathroom, everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was super friendly. I also appreciated that you could only sometimes hear the people from other rooms, but overall it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The hotel is not too far from the main train station, so you can easily walk from there with your luggage. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend Hotel Tiziano!

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved are the pillows, which were much too hard for my taste (I already used the second "softer" pair of pillows that were in the room). The mattress is very firm, too, but that was okay.

Unsere Tage in Venedig haben uns gefallen, aber unser Portemonnaie wurde im Zentrum geklaut.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber aber etwas weit entfernt vom Zentrum.
Wenn man gut zu Fuss ist dann ist man aber in ca. einer halben Stunde am Markusplatz.
Die Restaurant Empfehlung haben wir geschätzt.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts am Hotel auszusetzen außer dass das Frühstück wegen der Buchung über Booking extra berechnet wurde.

Quiet location. Out of the way but good connections within a 10 minute walk.
Breakfast had plenty of choice and reasonably priced.

Gute Lage, katastrophal alte Betten und mangelhafte Reinigung

Die Unterkunft ist relativ ruhig gelegen im Viertel Dorsoduro und nur wenige Minuten und nur eine Brücke entfernt von dem Anleger Zattere. Die Lage ist das Stärkste Argument des Hotels, wenn das Personal auch durchweg freundlich war.

Cons:

Wir waren als Familie mit unserem sechs Monate alten Baby dort und haben ein „Upgrade" auf eine völlig veraltete Junior Suite in der dritten Etage erhalten, die wohl aus guten Gründen den Bildern nicht zu entnehmen war. Meiner Bitte uns in die gebuchte Kategorie downzugraden konnte am nächsten Tag werden. Das Zimmer war zwar optisch schöner, aber das Bett war genauso alt, durchgelegen und eine Katastrophe. Die Federn bohren sich in den Körper hinein, um zu beweisen, dass die Matratzen noch vom Dogen selbst beauftragt wurden. Unter beiden Betten ist ewig nicht gesaugt oder gewischt worden, die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls nur feucht durchgewedelt. Kalkflecken und dunkle Ränder am Duschboden sowie ein defekter Föhn prägten das Bild. In der Dusche der Juniorsuite konnten wir - 179 cm groß - nicht stehen wegen der Schrägen. Venedig war schön, aber das Hotel würden wir nie wieder buchen.

Amazing!
Pros:

Loved the location. Close to the city but still far enough away to get away from the noise. Staff was amazing and room was good.

Cons:

Only issue I had was there wasn’t a full length mirror. But honestly thats not something a camera in selfie mode can’t fix. I noticed this all over Italy so not an issue with the hotel itself but if you book a king size bed it’s actually 2 twin size beds and you can feel the space in the middle so cuddle space is limited.

Pros:

Propreté, deuxième chambre correspondant aux critères demandés des mois à l'avance, personnel du petit déjeuner tres gentils et attentionnés, avec la memoire de nos souhaits dun matin a l'autre

Cons:

Etre reçu dans la chambre à l'opposé des critères demandés qui etaient: douche obligatoire pour mal de dos qui interdit la baignoire, loin des escaliers pour le bruit. On nous a donné la chambre 1er etage, face escaliers, avec baignoire. Pas de changement possible le jour même malgré ma demande faite des semaines à l'avance, et même un petit rappel le jour même avant notre arrivée. Le receptionniste nous a dit qu'on était arrivé après les autres donc pas possible de changer.
Si vous avez une demande particulière, demandez la veille et encore, le résultat ne sera pas garanti car la réponse par mail de l'hôtel est toujours "ok".
Ceci dit, tous les autres membres du personnel sont charmants
