For one night, the hotel got the job done.
Pros:

The location was perfect to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The property was due for a remodel. The TV needed replaced.

Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were advised that my 17 year old son was not considered a child. They front desk (young gentleman) stated their policy was a additional $20. The bill was already paid and he would not do another credit card charge and stated it needed to be done in cash.

it was nice with the exception of what i said above
Pros:

love being on the first floor and real close to the lobby. The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

the bed was a little to hard and the frame of the bed needs to be flatten out. Had to sleep at an angle, due to the edge flelt like you were going to fall off. The curtain rod needs to be readjusted. the curtain wouldn't stay in place while showering.

Pros:

Breakfast was poor quality food. Little of it, not refilling empties.
Dirty carpets, bathrooms need remodeled low quality towels paper thin. Room not clean.
Had to lift door to get it to lock. And the desk clerk thought that was just fine. If husband was not there would not have been able to lock door or unlock. Came back after being gone for day. Door was open. Cleaners did not make sure it was locked.
Will not stay there never again.

Disappointing rooms for the price
Pros:

Staff was friendly, and the location was great.

Cons:

The rooms are badly out of date, especially the bathrooms and the metal platforms the beds sit on, which make a loud noise when you accidentally kick them every 10 minutes. Bathrooms need a complete remodel, and the carpets are dirty.

Dirty, slinky, disgusting, pick an adjective along those line and that’s this place.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Outside and lobby were fine, second floor was moldy and disgusting, the rooms were not cleaned in anyway down to the trash still being full from the last guest. Do not recommend in any way shape or form. Not worth the cheap room. To sleep on a dirty hard spring mattress with crap pillows

Very disappointed compared to numerous other Quality Inn franchise stays!
Pros:

Location was great. Parking was easy & convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were actually wet, cold & disgusting. Room was badly in need of repair and the repairs that had been made were visible and non-professional. Room was on the 2nd floor and I don't believe there was an elevator. Minimal staff available for help or questions.

Would never stay again.
Pros:

There's not much to like... We did sleep so that's a plus.

Cons:

There was dirty and ripped bedding, a dirty bathtub with dark hairs all over the walls, blood and makeup stains on the towels, dirty floors, no room darkening curtains, right next to loud train tracks, pool was cloudy and almost green so we couldn't use it. Walking throughout the hotel as well as the room you call tell the building definitely needs foundational work as well as leveling of the floors. The elevator needs serviced as well, once elevator lands it will drop even more and sounds scary while running. This hotel's structural integrity as well as overall cleanliness is being neglected. I understand that this is a budget hotel but it is the worst one I have stayed in. I felt disgusting staying there but booked third party and could not change my stay. I wasn't able to upload more photos to show how stained the bedding and towels were.

The gym was GREAT. The laundry was GREAT. The Customer Service was AWESOME.

Cons:

The indoor pool was not warmed, as mentioned. There is no longer a spa. The breakfast was not well. Low on vending machine snacks.
