Pros:

Great staff and otherwise a great atmosphere. This is my second time staying here and I am still satisfied.

Cons:

The cleaner should go through the ventilation duct hatches and other tricky places a little more carefully. A couple of years ago, the seams in the bathroom floor caught my attention. Now, to my dismay, I saw that not much has been repaired. This time, the shower tile in my room was practically "off" the floor. When the situation is this bad, there is already water damage waiting under the tiles. I recommend an immediate inspection of the bathrooms. These should be checked at least once a year in hotel buildings, according to the rules.

Das Spa war außergewöhnlich gut. Auch die Anwendungen waren erstklassig

Cons:

Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Beistellten war „abgeschrappt“ und das Sofa fleckig. Am Bett fehlten Steckdosen. Das Frühstücksbuffet was reichhaltig, leider glich der Frühstücksraum einem 3 Sterne Hotel auf Mallorca.

Personal morgens teils mürrisch,abends ok.1,5 Stunden nach Abfahrt haben wir festgestellt,dass wir ein Geschenk im Zimmer vergessen haben und sofort die Rezeption angerufen.Nach mehr als 24 Stunden,keine Antwort,bei einem 2.Rückruf hieß es,das Housekeeping meldet sich.Inakzeptabel für ein Hotel mit 5 Sterne Anspruch.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Spa Bereich. Gegessen habe ich nichts, am Frühstück habe ich nicht teilgenommen. Ich war dort zu eine Tagung. Es ist nicht weit vom Strand. Obwohl es ein sehr sehr großes Hotel ist, klappt die Organisation gut.

Cons:

Auf meinem Zimmer fehlte einiges, was ist erwartet hätte oder bereits vorher angefragt hatte. Es gab keinen Bademantel und ich hatte bereits vorher geschrieben, dass ich ein Bügeleisen benötige. Beides musste ich nochmals gesondert anfordern. Aber wurde auch zeitnah gebracht. Preislich fand ich es schon sehr gehoben.
