Il personale disponibile e sempre accogliente
Ci hanno dato una camera, la 303, che non aveva nulla che andasse bene. Dalla cassaforte che si apriva solo dopo due colpi ben assestati alla tenda oscurante mezza staccata, passando per l’aeratore in bagno che faceva un rumore troppo forte. Un phon che non asciugava e un braccetto reggi doccia che non reggeva nulla e che mi ha fatto cadere sulla testa il doccino.
Vado a fare le mie rimostranze chiedendo di cambiare stanza e mi si risponde che il resort è pieno e che avrebbero provveduto ad aggiustare il tutto.
Struttura molto curata, giardini impeccabili, piscina bellissima e spiaggia comoda da raggiungere con ombrelloni comodi e ben distanziati tra loro. Personale gentilissimo!
Alcune camere, per quanto spaziose e funzionali, andrebbero rimodernate.
La colazione era ottima, il personale gentilissimo, tutto molto pulito, perfetto per rilassarsi, il letto comodo e bello doppio e il mare era vicinissimo e spettacolare!
Era troppo lontano e non c'è una navetta gratuita che potesse portare i clienti in hotel. Tutto bellissimo però è assurdo che nel 2026 ancora non si provveda a queste difficoltà, anche perché i taxi costano 15 euro dalla stazione alla struttura e viceversa e non mi sembra giusto visto che dentro si paga anche solo una lattina di estathé 4 euro.

La family room piuttosto vecchia, 1dei letti in cucina completamente avvallato, legno della struttura del 2* letto della cucina molto vecchio e "odoroso".
Bagno buio e senza ganci sufficienti per sistemare gli asciugamani di 5 persone. Visti il prezzo e le stelle, ci aspettavamo una stanza migliore. Una bottiglia di acqua in frigo sarebbe stata gradita.
Tutto molto di lusso e curato nei minimi dettagli.

When open, the pool area was clean and nicely laid out and the beds were comfy and plentiful. The beach area was also well organised and clean
Being given less than 48hrs notice about the MULTIPLE weddings that were going on throughout our stay meant that we did not have time to make alternative arrangements. The weddings meant the pool was closed several times, and the loud music went on each night well beyond midnight.
The room itself was very dark, and although the bed was comfortable the kitchenette was baldy equipped (we had to ask for washing up liquid, for example).
The staff were generally rude and inattentive, often having to be asked several times for basic things like the wine list or dessert menu.
Generally the whole stay left a sour taste.
La posizione è straordinaria. Ideale l'accesso alla spiaggia e impagabile pranzare (molto bene) di fronte al mare.

We stayed at Orleandri Resort Paestum as a family of three with our young child, and we couldn't have been happier with the choice. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-organized and welcoming.
The pool was a highlight for us — clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized for both adults and little ones. Our child absolutely loved it and we spent hours there every day.
Parking was easy and stress-free, which as a family travelling by car made a huge difference. No circling around or worrying about where to leave the vehicle — it was sorted from day one.
What really stood out though was the beach. It was one of the cleanest beaches we've visited in a long time. Tidy, well-kept, and the kind of place where you genuinely feel relaxed rather than fighting over space or stepping over rubbish.
The resort overall had a lovely atmosphere — great for families without feeling like a crowded holiday camp. Our child was happy, we were relaxed, and that's honestly all you need from a holiday.
Would absolutely recommend Orleandri Resort Paestum to other families looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay on the Amalfi coast. We're already thinking about coming back next summer! 🌊☀️
