Pros:

I believe some of the staff( the man on nights) stereotype people and put them on the hot floor two in the not so great rooms. The pool was crappy, the staff was a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The breakfast was decent. The towels were hard and old, the rooms needs upgrading, ask for the bottom floor.

I had a bad stay

My account was leaking water the hole time I had my kids in the room the could slipped and hurt themselves or myself and there was no refund for the room and it didn't get fixed until my checkout day my debit card info was stolen by someone at the front deck that I gave to because she said need to pay for my wife shoes to be shipped back that we had left by accident at the hotel
