Nice hotel
Dog hair was all over the place my wife took her sock to front desk and show them to them full of hair the chair in room we couldn’t sit in it due to full of dog hair it was a shame and I was very disappointed

The facility looked clean.
The mold was so bad within two minutes. My face swelled up, and we had to leave the room. They still have not refunded my money. I'm really upset and if I don't get my money back, I promise I will never use booking dot com. This was not a trip disruption. This was mold, so bad, my face swelled up. I can show you a picture of what came out of my face. The next day, even a doctor couldn't believe it. I had a major allergic reaction to the mold. We never stayed. We walked in, we walked out within three minutes. Because I couldn't breathe, and no, that's never happened before. In my life.
Loved the view of the pond and the room AC and lighting were great. The bed was very comfortable with a great sortment of pillows. TV was the right size for lounging and the fridge was very good at keeping cool.
AC did leak some water for a little but I was able to turn it up for a bit and it cleared out. Otherwise a great experience

This is a really great place to stay. I have always had a wonderful experience with both the staff and the cleanliness of this location. I would like to see this level professionalism at all the LaQuinta properties. Having stayed at several, this is the one to emulate!
It was clean and comfortable
The staff was one person at the front desk. She was overwhelmed and showing it. I called to let them know we were running late. Once there, I saw her answer the phone and hang up on callers.
